If there was a zero star I would have chosen Zero star.Carol was the real estate agent that helped us purchase our house (my husband and I). We walked by the sign, we liked the house and we purchased it. It was love from the first sight. We did not look any further and we were happy with our purchase.We installed a solar system on the roof. There were some job changes and we had to move to a different country. We requested Carol to help us sell the house. She sat on the house about 3 months, she could not sell it. She started sending me emails about foreclosure. We traveled back to the US, we fired her, hired a new real estate agent. The new agent organized an open house and the house sold in 1 week. It was just one open house event.Carol was very incompetent. She could not handle selling the house with solar however she was not honest enough to come back and say it was beyond her capabilities. She never advised to see a different agency. It was easier for her to recommend foreclosure.I do not recommend Carol or her company. Please look somewhere else.
