This was the first time here to get supplies and found that the staff was not very friendly. The place is not very professional there was stuff everywhere and the break area was visible from the waiting area and it was in disrepair.

Just spent several minutes on hold with Linncare trying to confirm what I needed to bring in for my appointment. Finally drove down to their offices to see what was going on, keeping my phone on hold while I drove. At the office the receptionist told me Monday mornings are really busy. There were 2 receptionists and the office manager at the front desk and the phone never rang once the entire time I was talking to her. I showed her my phone, which was still on hold (now at 49 minutes on hold), but it was apparently not ringing through for anyone to answer. She failed to see the irony in that. Then she told me that anytime I get put on hold to dial back and select the prompt indicating that I am a physician (I guess I'm just not intuitive enough). I spoke to the office manager. No concern. No apology. I showed her Linncare's local reviews (2 out of 5). She guessed I wasn't the only person unhappy with Linncare and that was that. So, I won't be going back. How do these people stay in business? Do they not train their staff in customer service?

I have to say that I have been extremely happy with the welcoming and friendly service I've received from LINCARE in Albuquerque over the years. They have saved me so many times I can only be grateful for all their efforts on my behalf. It's true, a few years ago when they took over another business, they were a disaster, but now it's well worth working with them.

The local Santa Fe office helped get me set up with CPAP, but the national organization could be better. Until you tell them to put you on a do-not-call list, they hammer you with calls and texts to update your equipment. When you do ask for a new mask, twice, I have been sent the wrong item, and if you do not return the wrong item in 60 days, they keep charging you for it. Ripoff. No one told me about returning the wrong mask. Avoid doing business with Lincare, it is fundamentally a sales organization to try to get you to keep buying replacements for items that are not worn out and you do not need.

Have had nothing but problems with the Albuquerque local office since March 2024. Had to make multiple phone calls to be able to pick up an Overnight O2 Sat test device, to get Home O2 delivered, to get Home O2 picked up, to make an appt for CPAP Mask Fitting. No semblance of customer service or concern for patient's condition or time schedule. I will say that home O2 delivery with Joel and CPAP mask fit with Phillip went well, but other than that, you're on your own. Still waiting on a call from "Manager" Amanda. Also, they are not submitting claims correctly, so they aren't getting paid. Planning to contact Corporate.

Very unresponsive, terrible customer service . My oxygen concentrator did NOT have a filter in it GROSS!!! Dirty. I will NEVER Deal with them again.

I live outside of New Mexico and was in Albuquerque for personal matters. My newer CPAP machines would not work. I called this lincare office in Albuquerque. No answers on all extensions asit went straight to music. Hung up and called through the doctors option. The office manager answered. Was of no help what so ever. Offered no options and gave nothing but excuses why she could not help. Left me without any solutions. Very poor customer care and lack of concern. Avoid if possible.

I have been a LINCARE ABQ for a few years now. Because of my illness, I have to travel for treatment--to Denver, Boston. That requires a lot of coordination--concentrator arriving on time, in place; portable concentrator for flights, etc. At home in ABQ, situations arise--oxygen and supply needs, portable concentrator maintenance, etc. Naomi, the LINCARE manager, and her crew have come through 100% of the time. With customer service both professional and pleasant (and lots of patience), I have full confidence that should I need their help, they will be there to do what they can to ensure my health and well being. They are ridiculous...can't do anything for their clients. I went twice to the ER because they wouldn't come check my machine. I wasn't getting no oxygen. They don't give me tubing so I changed when I need to. They said tubing would be sent though the mail. They said I couldn't change company for 5 year. Wow...never heard of that before! Let's see if they take this down because this is my second review!

I just called to get the price of a CPAP item. First I had to go through the menu, then answer a bunch of questions about my account, then I got transferred. I have now been waiting for one hour and 4 minutes for LinCare to pick up. I did not count the number of times the message told me how much they care about me and my time. They clearly couldn't give a you-know-what. Before I hang up I want to tell my health care provider that LinCare is terrible and I will purchase this item from Amazon, which doesn't require me to hang on or answer lots of identification questions or go through a menu.
