Support this local business!! Great atmosphere and great staff. The coffee was great and food was awesome. I got the NM Dutch baby after several people recommended it to me. It was delicious and fresh!!This is a for sure a great breakfast spot and I'm looking forward to trying their lunch in the near future.

I've only been here on... special nights but they've been open to our group for several years with a full menu. So I've been here many times. Service is always very good. Food is also very good and superbly prepared although I've been so often that I kind of tire of it. Only about half of the menu seems interesting to me to begin with.And we're usually there for dinner while the menu options seem aimed for lunch. I guess it is a bistro, after all. One dish and I usually leave hungry but two is generally more than I want to spend.My advice is to hit it... for lunch.They have another shop now too. I haven't been.

Hidden Gem.. First time eating here, but expectations were exceeded. Very tasty and delicious food. Customer service was great and staff friendly. Atmosphere was nice and calm. We will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu. If you are in the area, you must come and try. Great job Lily and Liams! You can definitely see the effort.

I have been waiting for months to try their Dutch Babies... and they beat my expectations. I will be back. Server was attentive ( we beat the rush) and helpful. Varied menu ; wish they were open later.

We were a party of 4. Two ordered the Eggs Rancheros, and were not impressed. It was a small portion and at times they said they were not sure what they were eating! An order of bacon was ordered "crispy" but served with lots of fat that was not rendered down. 3rd person ordered the monte cristo and they liked it, but had never seen it made that way! 4th person had the ham rosti. The server said it was his favorite, unfortunately the 4th person did not agree! The sliced strawberry was sweet and the 3 blueberries too. One piece of toast was not toasted. All 4 dishes were definitely not worth the high prices..We wish them well!!

Great little Bistro! French flair with delicious pastries and entrees that melt in your mouth. Flavor of everything I tasted was top notch melding sweet and savory. I had the French toast and tasted the Dutch baby and my ham and cheese was light sweet and delicious. They have something for everyone and the place is busy so call ahead and be prepared it's worth the wait!

Great service and the food was tasty and fresh. The green chili on the breakfast burrito was fire (both meanings)! The avocado toast was fresh with homemade bread. Fun.

In Rio Rancho for a short visit. Was excited to see Dutch babies on the menu. I've had them before so I know what they taste like. Mine were tough and cold. They had probably been plated while my husband's crepes were prepared. I come to this conclusion because the whip cream was a melted blob of liquid as if it had been put onto a piping hot dish and left to sit and ooze. The server even noted that the whip cream was melted. The plate should have never left the kitchen. All servers were super nice. But for short visits, there are too many other options. p.s. $4 for a canned coke is totally unreasonable. I realize the restaurant has to make a profit but seriously?!

The food here always looks like it comes out of Bon Appetite magazine. Such wonderful presentations and so delicious too. We got an assortment of Dutch babies so our friend from New York could taste them. She had the one with short ribs and loved it. Another had the potato pancake with scrambled eggs and veggies on top. I had the Dutch Baby Benedict with hollandaise sauce. We shared the mini babies with melted Brie and the large baby with fresh fruits and whipped cream. The one one item came with great toast with butter and homemade jam. The jam was our only disappointment and tasted like baby food. We did not know it was strawberry until we asked because it sure did not taste like strawberries. The coffee, lemonade and, the dirty chai were all good. Our server was prompt and friendly. Surprisingly we did not have to wait, as a table has just opened up. Good timing.

I've always enjoyed coming to Lily and Liam's Bistro, but I have to share some honest feedback. Over the years, this has been one of my favorite spots, but the last two times I've visited, the quality seems to have diminished.Specifically, the Soft Brie Scramble, which used to be absolutely fantastic, has gone downhill for some reason. I'm not sure what's changed, but the flavors and overall quality just aren't hitting the mark anymore.It seems like this decline in quality may have coincided with the recent expansion. I completely understand the challenges that can come with growing a business, but I hope they take a closer look at what might have been lost in the process. I'd love to see the Soft Brie Scramble--and the overall experience--return to its former glory.All that being said, the service is still great, Jack was our waiter, and he was attentive and helpful.Lily and Liam's has been a go-to for me, and I'd like to keep it that way!
