This North Valley/Rio Grande Blvd Lilly Barrack store is my favorite. I love Lilly rings and while this store is the smallest of the 3 stores, it is super friendly and I feel like I am remembered when I stroll in. I also think that the Manager, Julie, is lovely and Matt totally rocks also! Like the other stores there is a collection of Lilly jewelry, but also other jewelers, and cool objects de art. I did purchase a pair of earrings by another designer here, when they broke, I walked in and it was easy to get them fix/replaced. It took about 2 weeks, but I was very happy to have an unbroken pair. I think the quality of the jewelry is very good, but the customer service is wonderfully shiny.

This is by far my favorite location! The woman who runs this particular store (Julie) is one of the nicest, friendliest and genuine sales people I've ever met. And I work in sales! Their selection is broad and much different than the other 2 stores. Julie explained she buys to fit the tastes of the community, she does a great job. I will forever take my business to this location. I should also mention they have some great pieces that are very reasonably priced. You can get a lovely necklace of great quality for less than $40.

I stopped by here to look at their collections of Lilly Barrack. Since it was my first time visiting, I didnt know that that collection is 50% off (bc this is whole sale price) and wasnt informed by the lady while I was looking and trying on the items. I feel that they thought i was just window shop or just wanted to try but not buy so they wanted to scare me off with the label price. Only when I was about to buy then she let me know. ( well it was a nice surprise, but I would have decided on a nicer piece had I known) Service is nice and all but not sure if I would receive the same service had I just wanted to look around to see their jewelries.

Julie is so friendly as is her staff. I love Lilly Barrack jewelry and this is my favorite store that sells her fabulous jewelry!

I love the Rio Grande store! Matt and Julie are fantastic! The Lilly collection is my favorite, however I like the sale display, also. I love the unique, one of a kind designs of the Lilly pieces and knowing that it's made here in Albuquerque is really cool. I receive so many compliments when I wear my Lilly pieces. I love telling people that they are made locally.
