Lilly Barrack

I have gotten a few pieces from Lilly and I love every one! Great Craftsman's ship. Even with the items they sell in the stores. My wedding band was bought here as well.

3/14/20-I am not a big jewelry person and even less of a jewelry store person. But I was amazed by the selection and service at the Lilly Barrack on Paseo and Wyoming.We went into the store looking for a bracelet. The two sales people were extremely patient, answered all my questions, and most importantly, listened to what I like and didn't like. They then tailored what they showed me based on my tastes, not theirs. Of course I wound up buying a few more things than a bracelet and I couldn't be happier. Their selection and prices were great. I highly recommend Lilly Barrack for anyone looking to buy a special gift for a friend, loved one, or for yourself. I can't wait to go back!!

The best jewelry shop ever!! Staff is super helpful and nice. They have an amazing variety of jewelry from under $100+. They always have great sale items too!! Also, if you're ever in need of a cute thoughtful gift for someone, they have an amazing selection of cute gifts.

This is such a nice little local gem. They have a nice selection of unique jewelry as well as a selection of odd ball local crafts for sale. I purchased some some sterling silver earring with geodes in them from the clearance case for 50% off. Great quality and even better value. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for something unique for yourself or a gift.

I've had the absolute best experiences in this store. In Albuquerque a lot of nice place are judgmental and snobby this place is definitely not. They have jewelry of all price ranges and many different selections. The artist are fantastic that they carry in their cases. A lot of petiole referred me to this store and I was turned off from hearing the name. A similar jewelry store in Albuquerque is very rude and not welcoming so I expected similar treatment. I revived the exact opposite. The staff on this location is incredible they never try to force you to buy anything and are more than willing to show you anything in the store. I'm in love with my jewelry from this store I will continue to shop at this store and refer them to anyone looking for great customer service! They remember my name and the exact days I go in which takes the initiative to go above and beyond. They size your rings for you and offer lay away which is very convenient for a lot of people!

In all the time that I worked at the Paseo Flying Star, I somehow never got around to visiting Lilly Barrack...so I finally made a trip over there to suss out the goods. I have to say, even though there were a lot of customers roaming around the store, the customer service was outstanding. I was greeted upon entering, and the minute I began to look for the price on a piece of jewelry, I was offered help. The salespeople were all very friendly and complimentary. When my too-short thumbnail proved unable to work the clasp on a necklace, one of the associates did it for me. I had always imagined that Lilly Barrack would be a little too expensive for me, but I was pleased to find that they have very reasonable prices on high-quality merchandise. I was thrilled to find a beautiful necklace that was affordable even to a starving college student. :)After the great experience I had with Lilly Barrack, I know I will definitely be back to pick up goodies for the holidays.

I have been here a couple of times... Never saw anything I liked here but seems like they have a lot of jewelry. They also have some home stuff that is cute... The jewelry is definitely pricey... Not somewhere for just cheap stuff...and an ok mix of styles. Most I feel is really flashy big kinda stuff.I just get this feeling the people working there are like kinda pushy or like staring you down to See if you are gonna buy something... Or they seem kinda fakey I dunno... I just get this vibe from the people there like the are watching my every move until I buy something... And overly trying-to-hard friendly? I guess I just like my distance when I browse places.. Maybe it's just me...

The service was great, but there's one big problem. They have a no return exchange only policy and they did not tell us even when we asked if we could take something back if the person we bought it for as a gift did not like it. we have never shopped there before and we didn't know and we asked if the person who the gift was for didn't like it, we could bring it back, and the sales associate said more than once, Yes you can totally bring it back but once we checked out on the receipt, and on the website, it says no returns exchange only.

I can't rave enough about this place! I had a fiasco wherein I had a stone I was told was a diamond and it wasn't. I was incredibly disappointed but the staff was able to stop my custom order and find something else to make me happy :) I love their unique and beautiful items and they truly want the customers to be happy with their purchases. I own quite a bit of their jewelry at this point and will continue to add to my unique and high quality collection when I am in town

What a pleasant experience. We made the stop on the recommendation of a local. Went in shortly before closing, and the person who helped us was so genuine and helpful. She showed us piece after piece and was so incredibly kind and fun. The three of us bought four pieces of jewelry and were so excited we decided to try another of Lilly Barrack's stores. Unfortunately, that experience was not in any way the same. If you're looking for Lilly Barrack's one of a kind Jewelry, this is the store to find it at.
