I could not recommend Lifetime Chiropractic any higher than Amen!!I truly could NOT move my shoulder for the last 2 weeks. Dr Pat rocked!!! He asked several questions, and then did his magic...I have never had much success at Chiropractors, especially getting my neck adjusted. No problem at all for Dr Pat. I don't do alot of Yelp, but this was worth taking the time for...Nice young man was at the desk, (Aaron, I think) then greeted by the office manager (Teresa), was welcoming

I picked this place for my first time ever going to a chiropractor. When i first went in a took an assessment on the computer for my pain. Super easy to get through, I was seen within 10 minutes of finishing. She had me do a few different moves and answered a few different questions to see where my pain was coming from. She adjusted my back then put me with the electric massager. Dr. Adams was very nice and helpful she suggested I come back within a week to get adjusted again but I only ended up doing the one time visit. If i ever need to get adjusted again I will be going back to her.

First the Positives: There are several different chiropractors that work here. Some are better than others. If you have an insurance that pays for chiropractic, it's a good deal because you can actually get a 30 minute massage before your adjustment as part of the visit and only pay the copay. How many massages can you get for $20-$45 (depending on your copay)? Now for the hell story: The first time I went in, I went for a work related injury. The guy that I saw (Dr. Marc Girod) was more like the Tasmanian devil. When I left, I even made a note to myself on his business card that said CRAZY doctor, ask for the other guy next time. He had so much energy, he was like a two year old that had just drunken two red bulls. I had dislocated 8 ribs, and they needed to be set back in place. Let me tell you that it is a very painful procedure. I've been to another doctor that counts has you breathe in and out, then resets them. Then it's not so bad and you can relax and breathe through the pain. Even when you go slow and controlled the pain level is about an 8 out of 10. Dr. Girod, however, was on his own time schedule. After the first painful adjustment, I lost my breath and he waited for no one, I tensed up and continued to put two more in place. I finally gasped, "HANG ON!" and then he stopped. I was hyperventilating and in tears from the worst pain I've ever experienced (full 10/10). At that point he stopped and said, "Man you are in a lot of pain." Well, NO SHIT SHERLOCK!! After about a minute or two I finally was able catch my breath again. He didn't finish resetting the rest of the ribs, but moved on to crack every other joint in my back whether I needed it or not.He knows what he is doing and can reset everything, but he doesn't seem to have a whole lot of respect or bedside manner to talk you through things and get to relax for the easiest adjustment. He just powers through whether your muscles are relaxed or not. That said, I think there's another doctor at this clinic that is not so amped up. I wish there were more people who use YELP in ABQ because there are zero other reviews on chiropractors.

I have been going to Lifetime Chiropractic for about 15 years and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Adams is the best and she has a great staff. They all care about your comfort and so giving. I have recommended this office to a number of people and will continue to do so in the future. Lifetime Chiropractic is the best there is, hands down!

I have been treated by Dr. Elaine Adams for about 7 years, and I have nothing but positive remarks about her practice. I was in high school when I had my first appointment. I played in the band, and constantly had upper and lower back pain after practicing. My first visit consisted of a very thorough exam, and an adjustment of my neck down to my low back, and even my fingers and wrists! I can honestly say that I felt better before I even left the office. Dr. Adams requested that I return within a few days to see how I "held the adjustment", and then said I was free to come back when I needed to (but not to wait until I was pain!).I respect Dr. Adams as a doctor because she cares about her patients. She always makes time to ask me if I feel better before I leave the office, even when I'm sure that she's super busy. I am also a fan of her office staff. Not only do they know their patients by name, they always greet me (and everyone else) with a smile. I have received compassion on my bad days, and laughter on my good days, and I am always well taken care of.I am proud to refer my friends and family to Dr. Adams at Lifetime Chiropractic!

I booked an appointment for chiropractic and massage therapy for me and my husband two and a half weeks in advance. I spoke with the nurse who schedule's the appointments. She rudely insisted each time I called that no insurance companies cover massage therapy. I assured her that my plan does because I have been using it for years. She refused to call and verify until the day of my husband's appointment when he arrived. That's when we found out that there was a separate copay for chiropractic services and one for massage therapy. In the three other states that we lived in before, it was considered one copay with our insurance. In addition, the copay was $10 higher for massage therapy. We contacted other chiropractor offices. We found that massage and chiropractic can be billed as one copay and we will not be going back to Lifetime Chiropractic. This could have been resolved if an insurance verification had been done by Lifetime Chiropractic in advance as requested. I called 3 times in advance to find out what was covered. I also called the insurance company but since I did not know how much Lifetime Chiropractic would bill the insurance company, this was a pointless effort on my end.
