Our experience at Lexus of Albuquerque was outstanding, thanks to Fabricio Ugarte. From the beginning, he listened to our needs, wasn't pushy, and truly worked for us. He was friendly, professional, and made it clear that he cared about our family's concerns. He took the time to explain the financial options thoroughly, ensuring we understood everything. He never made false promises--only a commitment to finding the best options within our budget.When a minor misunderstanding arose with the finance department, Fabricio's patience and professionalism kept us from walking away. Unfortunately, the finance representative was less patient and seemed irritated when we asked for a private moment to clarify things. This was the only negative part of the experience, but Fabricio stepped in, ensuring we felt comfortable and respected throughout the process.I've purchased many cars over the years, but this was by far the best experience. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend working with Fabricio Ugarte--he truly goes above and beyond for his customers!BTW;This purchase wasn't for me but for my daughter Sylvia--first time buyer.She and her boyfriend Oni were making this purchase together, but I was there for the entire process and witnessed everything firsthand. I was reluctant to trust a salesman at first with my daughter, as the car buying business can be intimidating, but he earned our trust and respect. We will purchase with him in the future for sure! oday was our first visit to Lexus of Albuquerque. We were greeted by Andrew, who worked in valet. Very friendly service from all the employees.Robert checked us in and got started on our oil change. There is construction going on as they are remodeling their showroom.

Had a 7:30 a.m. appointment to have the side mouldings installed on our new RX350. It should be a 30-45 minute job. At 9:30, told it would "just" be another 20 minutes. At 10:30, told the job was done EXCEPT the moldings were installed on the wrong sides and they did not match up from front to back. We'll see if they damaged the paint once it is corrected. Abysmal service!! No excuse!

I recently attempted to purchase 2016 Jeep Cherokee from this less than reputable Lexus Dealership, only for them to sell the car I had already secured to a higher bidder...I thought buying a car from a Lexus dealership would have been a smooth professional experience , it was not!. I was treated with such disrespect that I will never shop at any Lexus dealership ever again.Lastly, I think that the Albuquerque location needs new management as the current Manager has no integrity and lacks all forms of customer service. I don't think Lexus realizes what they have done, I needed to secure a car so I could start a new job, and now I have lost out on a good job opportunity because the Manager at Lexus of Albuquerque sold the car I needed, after I had already secured it. This is bad business, and extremely unprofessional!. Do not shop at Lexus or Albuquerque, they will take your deposit and then sell the car you secured with no remorse.Never Again!.

I was driving my new LC500 from Texas to California and wanted to change the oil at about yo miles as part of the new engine break in. The staff here were very helpful and also understanding of my anxiety about getting everything right. Making the Saturday appointment was easy and Matthew, my service advisor, was very understanding and helpful. He got me back to see the car in the air to understand the oil change procedure on this vehicle, which was important to me. The mechanic was nice, too. I can't say enough nice things about my experience here. Top notch!

I was visiting the dealership to buy some touch up paint. I ended up talking to at least one person from each department and all of them were so great. Mark in parts was super helpful. Cassandra answered all my questions, as well as took me to financing to get information about package maintenance deals. I left absolutely blown away at how helpful and friendly the staff was. The customer service was exceptional despite the chaos of the construction happening.
