Wings, jumbo. It was like a whole chicken. Very nice.
..so I ALSO ordered wings (spicy Asian) couldn't resist..YUM sauce on the side though, not a fan of saucy wings)
Great classic burger!
Filipino Braised Beef (soy, coconut milk, sherry vinegar) with Cabbage, Carrot, Potato, and Garlic. Served with rice.
Legend Burger : mixture elk and buffalo, not a gamey taste in sight, cooked medium. Fries.. Also tasty
So called "Stone Fire Pizza"
Horseradish crusted salmon, w a reduction and mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables (very nice)
Burque Turkey Sandwich Grilled sliced turkey breast topped with Swiss cheese and hatch green chile, on a toasted baguette. Yummy!
Caesar Salad

Never wrote a review before.Save you time and money. Took 2 hours to get my food, spoke to manager who was rude and didn't really care. There was a 30 minute wait and I watched people come in and sit at open tables. Two tables beside me arrived after me and got their food before me.Even if your staying in the resort... take the time to eat somewhere else and help support the mom & pop restaurants.

With great enthusiasm, after a steady diet of peanut butter and honey sandwiches and Vienna sausages this week, my Boy and I decided to splurge Friday night and eat at the Legends Grill, Angle Fire Resort. Our hopes were high, as lively music was being played there by Billy Aguilar! Alas, that was destined to be the best part of the evening. The margarita I ordered was like none other. I told the waitress it didn't taste right, maybe it was mixed with another order? It was mostly lime and maybe soda water, (couldn't taste the tequila) but she explained they make margaritas "the original way" without the sweet. I said "well, it's awful" and she took it away. I just had her bring water. My boy had the Wagyu Burger, which was mediocre and the fries were okay. I had the Chicken Fried Wagyu (Cube) Steak. The meat was so thin inside the triple thick breading, it became only a memory of the steak it could have been. Really, the breading should have gotten an Academy award for its performance but not its taste. The chefs choice of vegetables rendered hope for this dish but should have been separated in a bowl as the juices spread under the steak rendering for a soggy bottom. Thanks to the garlic redskin mashed potatoes for a welcome respite from the challenges of its plate-mates. The waitress did the best she could.

We waited an hour and a half to eat at this mediocre resort restaurant. Very frustrating since the place was full of empty tables. Our waitress was wonderful and very apologetic. Appetizers and food were just okay. Probably wouldn't go again.

Good food and a nice atmosphere. This place is in the resort lodge at Angel Fire, so expect resort prices. They have live music and the location is right at the ski area base, so it's one of the best apres ski places in town.

Excellent food, great atmosphere! We were lucky that this restaurant, located right inside our resort, was not a miss. When we arrived at Angel Fire, all we wanted was a good meal, and Legends delivered! I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and my husband got the elk burger-everything was cooked to perfection and flavored wonderfully. The drinks were delicious as well and our service was polite and quick! We plan on going back tonight for dinner!I've seen the negative reviews referring to the pricing and will have to disagree. Based on where they are located and the quality they are providing, the pricing is on point. If you aren't expecting to drop some money on good food up here, you aren't prepared for a trip to Angel Fire!

Time to update. I feel like Legends has come up quite a bit. We've eaten there twice in the last month. The chicken and waffles is insanely over priced solidly mediocre. The waffle was dry and chewy, the chicken was meh. The dipping sauces made it okay and we did eat it all. A fresh waffle would have made all the difference. But the Pizza, oh damn. Phenomenal. I will note that I don't think they always serve pizza, Chiantis across the hall does all the time though. Pizza Stop finally has some decent competition. They clearly got new recipes and upped their game big time. We had a grilled chicken salad which was very good. The side winder fries are super novel and the massive onion rings are delicious. The nachos are better than they used to be and well priced. The staff is great, last time we had no idea who our server even was, it was nice to have someone take care of us consistently the whole time. Adena is the new manager, love her. She's been a great addition to Legends.

Very kind and courteous staff. Ordered chicken Tortilla soup and was pleasantly pleased with the flavor and tenderness of the meat. Food came quickly. Recommend bringing in more ambiance to spruce up the room. Menu was delightful.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced for a resort restaurant. Everything we have had there is good! Josh and the staff are so friendly and take great care of their customers. Chef Paul will come out to check to see if you're enjoying your food too.

The food was average but it is just inside the lodge so convenience is worth something. Half our orders were wrong and it's not a fast spot to eat even by ski town standards

My husband and I were honestly appalled at this restaurant. Everything was overpriced, including the $4 fountain drinks! My husband even overheard the bartender say she would rather go eat at Zeb's. Waiter was also not the best. Never asked how our food was, (which if asked I would have been honest about my burnt garlic bread and the sweet potato fries that smelled so badly of vinegar I had to close my nose during the meal), never got refills, and only talked to us when we ordered. It seems that the bar is heavily prioritized, and the other patrons are not. So, if you're looking for a place to drink while in Angel Fire, this restaurant might be good for you. If you're looking for anything else, save your money and head to the market down the street for a $5 ribeye and potato meal.
