I live at Sunrise Apt and one of your landscapers broke the porcelain ducks I had sitting on a table outside my apartment while sweeping the walk way. Your employees made NO ATTEMPT to notify me or the office that this happened. They just walked away like it didnt happen. I have a dog and she would have barked if someone knocked on the door. This is totally unacceptable, your employees represent this company and make you look bad. I went outside to walk my dog and found both of my ducks in pieces. HOW DOES SOMEONE BREAK A PORCELAIN DUCK WHILE SWEEPING THATS SITTING ON A TABLE ?!?!?!? You guys really FORKING suck.

LeeCo did some planting and yard work for us in Jan. 2021. There was a one year guarantee for the plants. We did confirm this policy when we called them this summer. When spring arrived, 5 of the 10-12 plants did not grow and are currently dead with no visible foliage. The other plants have done very well. We have contacted LeeCo through calls, texts, emails and handwritten letters. One time they said they would get back with us the following week since this was their busy season. Our first request was in May and to date no one has called or contacted us in any way. Even if they would have replanted for us after their busy season, we would have waited. Communication is such a key part of customer service for clients who have spent a few thousand dollars with your company. They have chosen to ignore every form of polite contact with their customer.
