Landscaping not kept up. Noisy neighbors. Management rents to practically any one. Cops are here a lot.Supposed to be gated but the rolling gate broke and it's not been fixed in over a year. Anyone can walk into the parking lot. Strange people come and go during the night. 2 pools but only one maintained.

run from this place they pins on your door make threats and demand you do what they want. when you call tam management they do nothing and never return a call for anything. the place is so run down it dos not meet code run do t walk away from here

very nice property!Always responds fast, staff is friendly and helpful.The gated area is a plus as well!
