Josh, our Service Manager, and Joseph our Service Advisor are always about outstanding Customer CareToday we had a tire issue, just as we were leaving town. would give this company 6 stars if possible.The General Manager, Ryan Newhall was sure that everything was taken care when I bought a 2019 lonic Plug-In several months ago. I had it shipped to New York and the Dealership went above and beyond to follow up and make sure all was good. And it was!

I bought a Tucson and I love it. The process was easy and relatively fast. I worked with Patrick Duran and TJ. They were professional and really nice people. I never felt pressured, nor did I feel like they were trying to be shady. Just an overall good experience. I have looked all over and I was ready to purchase a Ford Bronco across the street but the sales people were like sharks, shady sharks that thought they could manipulate a woman. I got up and walked away from that place and so glad I did. Thank you Patrick and TJ! You guys are the best...

This is the most disreputable dealership in the state. I had my car towed in there for a recall almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been looked at. I was lied to and told that it would only take a couple of days but they still haven't even done anything yet. The recall takes less than an hour to complete. I will never do business with them again. I can't stand being lied to and if a business lies to me I will never do business with them again.

Dealer is participating in ongoing nationwide buy online scam partnership with clicklane and Gubagoo. dealer acts like you don't finish deal or paperwork didn't go through blah blah BS however dealer not interested in seeing All the docs i claimed to already have signed online power of Attorney and registration and aplication for title etc. I can say beyond a shadow of any doubt dealer has not and does not intend to ever deliver vehicle. look up Nm abandoned property laws. only gave 2 stars due to the sophistication of they scam it's basically automatic also look up how much money we host made last year could you imagine that they made over $5 billion dollars last year that's funny because the dealership didn't do those numbers.

I purchased a car on February 1st and negotiated some cosmetic repairs. Initially, I requested to work with a salesperson I knew, but I was falsely told that they no longer worked at the dealership--when, in fact, they do. I brought my car in the next day for the cosmetic repairs to fix scratches, and I was told the process would take about a week. Since then, I've called several times for an update, but I've received no communication.It has now been nearly two weeks, and I haven't heard from the salesperson at all. While they were dodging my calls as I desperately sought an update on my new purchase, a different salesperson contacted me over the weekend asking me to bring the car rental back so someone could test drive it. When I explained I wasn't available to bring it in then but could the next morning I received a response saying, "Well, I guess I'll let you know if they even want to buy it anymore."I reached out to the loan officer and the service department, even contacting the manager to express my concerns about the delay and lack of updates. Eventually, I got in touch with the salesperson, who was rude and explained that they hadn't called because the repairs were taking longer than expected. Wouldn't that have been more of a reason to keep me informed?When I spoke to the manager, Kelsey, she brushed off my concerns and told me that "we wouldn't want to rush a car service." The problem here isn't the time it's taking for the repairs--it's the complete lack of communication with a paying customer.The manager Kelsey then informed me that the car would need to stay with them for three weeks. While this dealership was attentive when I was purchasing the car, it's clear that once the sale was complete, the urgency and respect I was given as a customer completely diminished.Beware if you're considering purchasing a car from this dealership. They are rude, inattentive, and unprofessional once they have your business.After leaving a negative review based on my unsatisfactory interactions with the dealership things only escalated when I received an inappropriate phone call from Kelsey, the manager. Rather than taking responsibility or offering an apology for my negative experience, Kelsey called me to argue about my review and attempted to convince me that my interpretation of the situation was wrong. To make matters worse, she called me on speakerphone with other salespeople in the room, creating a combative and uncomfortable atmosphere.I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful the call was. Instead of addressing my concerns in a constructive manner, Kelsey chose to argue with me. I had no choice but to hang up and let her know that her behavior was inappropriate.Additionally, Kelsey incorrectly stated in her response to this review on their google page that I was placed into a new rental. This is not true. After that phone call, I felt unsafe going back to the dealership, and I was not comfortable with continuing any further interactions in person.This experience showed a severe lack of customer service skills on Kelsey's part. She should definitely undergo further training on how to handle customer feedback and respond to dissatisfaction professionally. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Larry H. Miller Hyundai to be cautious, as their approach to handling feedback is highly unprofessional. I will not be removing this review BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Very disappointing. Appt @ 8am. Dropped off SUV for recall services. Was told 4-5 hours to complete. 4:45pm showed up at dealership to find out no work was completed. Spoke with manager, was told technician had it on his work list but never got around to work on it. Didn't receive any updates during the day. Asked if we could leave it overnight so it can be worked on the next day. No loaner vehicle available. Didn't leave vehicle and won't be going back to this dealership.

Worst customer service. They lie to the customer to get them to finically commit and then are completely rude and dismissive. I will never buy from them again and will highly recommend that anyone else doesn't either.
