Buying a car is always hard. Add in thousands of miles and it, unsurprisingly, becomes even more difficult. I recently worked with Larry Miller Hyundai in ABQ, New Mexico to help initiate and guide my brother through the car buying process from thousands of miles away in Maryland.A little back story: my brother lives and works on a Native American reservation in Arizona, at the local hospital. It is super remote, almost straggling the state line between AZ and NM, so everything is far - let alone a reputable dealership. To put it in perspective, the nearest "town" is 40 miles and the closest metropolitan is Albuquerque, right under a four hour drive.Like I said, buying a car is hard. Buying it under these situations was almost damn near impossible, calling dealership to dealership between the two states to find a good, safe, reliable car.Somehow, Gerald and his team at Larry Miller Hyundai made it possible, through a series of phone calls, FaceTimes and text messages. There were some hiccups along the way (the car we originally wanted sold when we were about ready to pull the plug, the finance team couldn't quite get us the information needed to make payment remotely, etc.)Despite that, I almost gave up on getting my brother a vehicle (since we didn't exactly have a timeline), but the folks here came through and we were able to purchase a brand new car and get it delivered to him. Still some follow up to be done, but wanted to say thank you Gerald for helping us through a first-for-all scenario. Looking forward to the continued partnership since you'll be my brother's 'home' dealership now.

My wife called this dealer to inquire about Genesis latest lease offers and was treated very rudely by the salesman on the phone. Instead of answering her questions he responded defensively. At the request of my wife he transferred the call to another person. This other person answered the question but they seemed uninterested or unprepared to deal with a potential customer interested in leasing a premium Genesis car. Good way to build a customer base for a new premium brand.

Fantastic service, ask for Hanna!! This was my first ever new car. I came armed with internet research, but they gave clear no-pressure information through the whole process. I changed cars/coverage/financing several times including at the last minute and they accommodated me with aplomb. Love them!!!**Be sure to go to the Coors location, the Lomas store is horrible!

It's to bad that Michael Valentine treated us the same I'm not very happy with this place, I wish I could have found a car that had a turn off switch for the climate control, we wanted to get a luggage rack like we wanted, just because we looked online and push the button of that one specific car didn't mean that's what we really wanted it was just that we wanted to look at cars, and it's not only about the car it's the people that work there have attitudes when things don't go their way or when their hands get caught in the cookie jar, my husband and I did not have a good experience

Sitting at Larry H Miller and they are not asking people to wear their masks for Covid-19. None of the staff are wearing them either; the masks are pulled down under their chins. The waiting room has more than 5 people and I am the only one in a mask...come on guys; have some respect for your customers. Have some masks to give people if they don't have one.
