I always travel across town to this pawn shop because I know I will be treated fairly. I've bought and sold here and always been satisfied.

If you want rude service and to be truly treated like a number, not a person, then this is the place for you. Some woman offered me fruit for my jewelry because it was the end of the day and they didn't have enough money. They were all too happy to tell me it was my fault for waiting until the end of the day. Nasty, rude, disrespectful. Also, they said they don't match other pawn shops' prices on Sundays. LOL. You can't make this stuff up! Run from this place. Valley pawn helped me through my emergency and didn't make me feel small for being there.

Looking for a FFL for an firearm purchase. LOE was very helpful for a transfer. I looked around found a tactical light, made a purchase. Staff made sure it was working, gave me a new lithium battery. Thanks for the service
