Ladera Tire Factory and Auto Repair

They were good. The owner fixed my SUV and even stayed late to help me. They are gone now. They shut there doors a month ago but had they stayed open they would still be my mechanics.

While on a trip I hit a curb and knew i needed a front end alignment. Stopped at Tire Factory ABQ on coors and spoke to mgr. Said they would take me right in and check my truck's alignment and it would only cost $39.99 + tax. Their mechanic Mike is very knowledgable and professional. Fixed and out the door in about 45 minutes!They are a full service shop and i now have a new local auto and honest service shop for my cars.

The team at the Tire factory were friendly and provided fast service. My family and I have been getting our oil changed there since it opened. Their service has always been great and have great prices. However, Today when I purchased "A package of four tires" to get the free alignment, the service clerk and team member pulled the bait and switch. Before the service was perform we agreed upon free alignment as advertise on their sidewalk side sign. After the service they required I either pay for the alignment or pay for road side hazard. The owner called me that same day to apologize, he was friendly. Take home message just be clear with agreements. p.s. Stay with local business.
