We hit this food truck in Rio Rancho outside of Brew Lab and we're very happy with our food. The nachos were piled so high we couldn't find chips, birria was amazing, and tacos delicious. It was about a 20 minute wait. We'd order from here again.

Great food and friendly service. The food was prepared perfectly. Examples of this would be how toasted the tortillas were on the quesadilla and birria taco. So a suggestion would be to add some paper to prevent the styrofoam burns from the hot food. It was a well decorated food truck that appears pretty clean.

This place is so delicious! Best tacos in town hands down! And I absolutely love their quesadillas fritas! I've been here quite a lot and have never been disappointed. Their food has a true authentic Mexican flavor and the prices are not sky high like most places nowadays! Their service is also exceptional! I love the fact that it is a family ran food truck, they have their teen working and learning the value of hard work and that is just one more reason of many to support this food truck!

Smallest portion of food I've ever had. I paid 10 dollars for a burrito and it looked like a cigar. They were out of every item as well.
