This is one of my favorite paleterias and the one I've most frequently visited. Their paletas and aguas are always super, but they also have jicama! That's how I judge a paleteria. :) Everybody has watermelon and mango, but I'll make the drive around town to get to one with jicama. They now have agua Happy Hour - buy one, get another 50% off! Great for hot summer afternoons!

Easy to find off Isleta Blvd. Friendly prompt service. Enjoyed a most delicious cappuccino paleta bar dipped in dark chocolate bathed with crisp slices of almonds. Each frozen bite melted a scrumptious amount of eye awakening coffee mocha in perfect concert with dark chocolate and almonds. We did not want our paleta bars to end..:) A fun comfortable paleteria with plenty of seating. Thanks for reading. Your desert guru Avram

They make all their own ice cream! Need I say more? I don't think so, but I will. The tres leches ice cream is my favorite. The banana split is HUGE! This is by far my favorite ice cream shop in all of Albuquerque.

First time customer and not very familiar with the offerings but the person behind the counter was very nice and enthusiastically explained their product and made us what he thought is best mix of chips, cheese, jalapeno, etc. Honestly ended up being one of the better nachos I've had.

I stopped in because this place had high ratings online (but only a few of them). The banana splits were wonderful, really hit the spot today. my kids loved it. There is Spanish music playing and all the signs and labels are in Spanish so I don't think they get many English visitors but it is a real little gem of an ice cream shop. Just a few miles from my house too in the south valley area.

I have been to other Michoacán's and this one has the best elotes I've ever eaten. I also tried their torta and it was really good too. They make the food themselves instead of it being already made so it's fresh food, good place to stop by when you're in a hurry.

The food is wonderful and not just a bunch of too hot to eat stuff! I had the red enchiladas and ended up ordering more to take home for seconds!

Absolutely my favorite ice cream place in NM! The banana splits are HUGE and only $5. The ice cream is all homemade and the paletas are amazing! Everything I've ever had here is SO GOOD! I go here at least once a week. The agua frescas are extremely flavorful and refreshing! The obispos are to die for! My favorite ice cream to get with them is queso fresa. Their chocolate covered bananas with nuts are also really good! Their dorinachos are loaded with cheese and jalapeños and super inexpensive! Their fresas con creama are really fresh and creamy & their mango con chile is the perfect balance between sweet and spicy! The staff is super friendly and they are all bilingual. I absolutely LOVE this place!
