These are made fresh. If you want instant food this is not the place. Order ahead and pick it up hot and delicious. Always worth the wait. I love the revueltas, and my dad likes the queso con loroco. When you get them they are temp hott! So be careful! The curtido is fresh and delicious! They are better than home.

Yum!!!!! I love this food truck for delicious authentic Salvadoran Pupusas. They remind me of my childhood. This food truck is located behind the Big Brothers Big Sisters parking lot. They have many options for pupusas, and most are vegetarian! I'm not vegetarian, but the veggie ones are still good! I've tried the Revueltas (chicharrón [pork], beans, cheese, and loroco [loroco is like a green vegetable in El Salvador]), Queso con Loroco (cheese and loroco), and the Chicharrón, Chile Verde, Y Queso (chicharrón, green chile, and cheese) They are served with Cortido which is like a spicy slaw, and a salsa (you can't order non spicy or spicy). SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS! If you're craving authentic pupusas, this truck is where it's at! I love it.

Loved it, Loved it, Loved it! My wife found this truck on our way out of Santa Fe to fly out of Albuquerque. I'm a little less familiar with this type of food but my wife says that this is the best she's ever had. I'm not sure of the names of some of the food that we ordered without referring to the menu, but my wife specifically mentioned how large the portions were compared to everywhere else she's ever had El Salvadorian food. The slaw (name?) was super awesome; vinegar punch, and the salsa was spicy yet very flavorful and obviously home made. All I can say if you are around the are; "find them"

Very good place to get pupusas. Made to order, they are the cheesy, greasy goodness that is associated with El Salvador's trademark plate. All the typical varieties such as cheese, beans, loroco, fried pork, etc. Also sells drinks. Not your typical taco truck. Cheap as well, but I am pretty sure it's cash only.

Absolutely delicious and as pupusas go, incredibly great value for the price. Where else can you find a complete meal for three with two half liters of Mexican Coca-Cola for $15 with tip!? The pupusas are five star good. The green Chile pupusas are the real deal. The slaw and salsa included with each order is simple and perfectly fresh. Very much recommended for a quick lunch or early dinner. This food truck is a new favorite in our family!

I love this place so much nothing beats a two dollar pupusa! The revuelta is my all time favorite, and they do have vegetarian options! I've tried a few other places for pupusas but this is the best place to get them in Santa Fe! They make everything on spot so expect to wait a while for your food, or just call ahead, the most I've waited was 15min but definitely worth the wait.

This is by far the best deal in town, $2.00 for a delicious hand made papusa?? Are you kidding me? These folks are friendly and take the time to make a delicious product. I've only tried the corn con frijoles y queso....sabroso
