A lot of the negative comments are very old. We went again today and it was pretty good. The beers are cheaper than the actually brewery across town! Too hot to try the patio. Nice, clean place.

The wait staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I had the 10 oz Ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection.

Friday...no service no food...Plenty of parking!!! Says open...closed tighter than a drum... direction on Yelp hap Hazzard gave 3 different directions.... disappointedly we found it. Closed due to COVID-19??????? Was looking forward to munchin

Here's the thing man, this place is good. However just like others have stated in their reviews boy o boy they do take quite the time to get your food to you. Service is good, but brace yourself you're going to be eating a couple bowls of chips before you get your plate. The food on the other hand is great! It really does taste good. If you don't mind waiting an hour or a little over to get food then this isn't a bad place. It is agitating waiting so long however. Again great food though.

My family and I wandered in after a long day on the road and we were acutely aware that it was :15 before their stated closing time. I warned my children that they may turn us away as we were walking in the door. I could not have been more wrong!We were welcomed like long lost friends! Our hotel told us they had a full bar, but they do not. Whatever, they had the second wine we requested. The chips and salsa were delicious. The salsa had more heat than expected and it was sooo good. My children ordered cheese enchiladas with red sauce and both complained it was spicy. It had some heat and I asked for a side of sour cream for them. I ordered the combo with the rellano, enchilada, y taco. I asked for the green sauce because we're in NM! It was amazing. So much yum!! We scarfed up our meal and scooted on out of there as soon as possible because it was after their closing time, but no one rushed us at all. I thanked everyone for letting us eat as we were heading out and they told us to come again. We absolutely will the next time we're in Moriarity!!

What a JOKE being a trucker and you have this restaurant in walking distance and then turn me away because I'm one person and you're about to serve a group of 20 !!! I guaranteedI woulda tipped more than your 18% gratuity .... Don't bother coming here food was probably mediocre anyways how you gonna have fresh meat for Mexican food in this town ... it's New Mexico after all everyone here is rude as shit unless your a native .... I don't even know why I stopped here shoulda kept going to Albuquerque!!! Just one more hour and I would be over here at double c's diner down the street waiting over an hour for a hamburger this whole little piece of shit town should be nuked ...... I'll update double c's review after if I ever get my damn food

A friendly restaurant on the highway next to a busy Pilot Station. Food and service were great, and prices were reasonable. Good salsa and chips, a bit spicy.

So I will speak of the positives first! The restaurant was clean. The food was good, just a little too spicy for me. But that's my personal preference. When we walked in the signs said wait to be seated..........little did we know that they are serious about the "wait". We had to wait to be seated for an unexpected amount of time. They have a lot of steak items on their menu, but the hostess/waitress told us at the door that "we don't have any steaks today". That was fine because we weren't there for the steaks. But I did see a couple people turn around and leave after they were told. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated after we had already told her that we would like to sit at the bar. She put us at a table even though we requested the bar, so that we could watch TV. We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to be served our food after we ordered. They only have beer and wine. The wine margarita was nothing to write home about. But I did like the sugar ring! Here's the most negative part of our experience: Our waitress/food server was extremely short with us. She walked away while we were trying to order drinks. She forgot to bring us our water and when I tried to order a second Wine Margarita she just walked away. I asked her for a different salsa secondary to the one that they served was too hot for me. I understand that it's my problem if I can't handle the heat, but she turned her back to us and said "that's ALL we have"! They did have Pico de Gallo on their menu, but she didn't offer it nor did she return to our table so that I could order some. (Willing to pay!). She never asked us if we needed anything else. No water refills! No chip refills! No beer refill for my husband! The couple that were sitting behind us asked for a To Go container which she never brought to them. She ended up bringing it after they gave up and left. We didn't even add to our own frustrations by asking for ANY To Go containers. We left our left overs at the restaurant. In closing the wait staff that we had suffered a huge attitude and definitely dislikes her job IMMENSELY! Would not recommend. We won't ever go back!

Flavorful New Mexican food with some of the best salsa I've had, all in a casual environment.

Too bad the waitresses ignore people when they come in. They lost a 200$ meal and 100$ tip.We had a large party but came at 7. It was almost emptyAfter being ignored for 10 minutes we were told they had no room for us.i think that's terrible
