La Grange Bridal and Alterations

I cannot be more grateful to La Grange. I came in last minute for some emergency alterations and Catalina was so gracious and incredibly helpful. Another seamstress had made a mess with my wedding dress and nearly ruined it and I went to pick it up 2 days before my wedding. I was in a total panic and called La Grange. Catalina patiently listened to my hysteric complaints before telling me to come in and fixing all of the issues in about 4 hours- only charging about a quarter of what the other seamstress charged. She is the best seamstress you will find and the most affordable. I cannot wait to use her again!

Alteration on the dress was actually good. But Customer service sucks. They don't call to tell you when the work is complete. I called for days, sent an email, and texts with no response. The lady answered her cell when I called after 10 PM in a panic and then sent someone to the shop the next day. Very stressful getting my dress back in time for the wedding!
