We brought an out-of-state couple with us during this visit to the restaurant. We started with the truffle fries and wished we had ordered two portions. They were seasoned perfectly, and crispy. Each of us tried a different entree, lamb, elk, salmon, and sea bass. We were all thrilled with our selections. We chose dining outside, though at 7pm it was still 90 degrees. A gentle breeze in the courtyard saved the evening. It is a lovely comfortable setting. We ended the evening with incredible desserts, generously portioned to share.

This place is incredible! The wine store next door recommended it and we couldn't be happier with the choice to dine here! The staff was nice! Miguel did a great job! The yellowtail tower was the best I've ever had!

I frequented this restaurant for the first time on the evening of May 19, 2024. I was in town for the Santa Fe Century Bike ride. Upon arrival, I was greeted and elected to be seated in the courtyard where I found the atmosphere very welcoming and charming. I tried a variety of the dishes. Started: Caesar Salad Main: Carne Asada Tacos. I absolutely loved the kumquat salsa. Side: Sweet Potato FriesDessert: Pineapple Cake I do not drink alcohol but found the drink menu to be diverse. The staff was attentive and courtesy. The Manager also saw to it that my first experience was a delight. I would absolutely recommend this establishment and will return on my next visit.

My family wanted a break from New Mexican cuisine for lunch and La Casa Seña fit the bill. Day was warm and breezy and courtyard seating was peaceful and shady. Service was flawless, friendly and accommodating. Our food though - fresh ingredients, everything seasoned just right. Portions were generous and our server brought more pita bread so we could finish up the hummus :)

If your name is Muffy, Skip, or Scooter and you can tell me how to play cricket or pickle ball, this place may be for you! If a $25 dollar cheeseburger doesn't make you blink than you're certainly in the right place. And if the way your food is 'presented', and being seen is as important to you as driving a Lexus, than this is most certainly your spot.On the other hand if you are good with getting a hot dog at Costco, enjoy watching Yellowstone and can tell me how to operate a socket wrench or can finish this sentence, "Yeah we fancy like Applebees" you might want to skip this place.

Here is a terrific find, just a couple of blocks from the Plaza in Santa Fe. On Palace street, there is a row of retailers bustling with tourists. But, hidden behind these retails is found a quadrangle of additional retails, boutiques and specialty shops. Within the heart of the quadrangle is an outdoor restaurant/bar within a veritable garden of Eden. We are talking tables with umbrellas, surrounded by and twixt trees, flowering plants and statues. Think sitting midst an arboretum. The scene was serene and frankly just beautiful. We shared their specialty burger with fries: tasty!! Marjan is quite fond of outdoor seating...she loved this place....so we visited again for drinks during our walking sojourns round Santa Fe! She rates it 5 boots! Definitely recommend.

This restaurant offers seating in a beautiful courtyard hidden from the road. It is located near the Santa Fe Plaza, which is a tourist destination. The service was very attentive and there was no issues with the experience. I ordered a lamb dish, which was very tasty. We chose this location for a friend's birthday and the restaurant was extremely accommodating. I can not say enough on how they helped make this birthday gathering memorable. This is a great destination for a date night or small gathering.

For our final meal in Santa Fe, we headed to La Casa Sena for its Mediterranean inspired cuisine and craft cocktails served in a beautiful courtyard oasis. Prior to the pandemic, the servers used to sing in the courtyard. That tradition has ended, but they had a jazz quartet playing in their indoor bar that was fun to check out. Our server Maria was awesome and she shared some recommendations. I started with Apricot Pistachio Filo Rolls, served with a peanut-tahini chile sauce. It was incredible. My wife was wowed by the Burrata Salad with watercress, avocado puree and roasted beets. It was the most beautifully plated dish we were served on this trip. And the flavors were amazing. Our guest ordered the Mejillones, which are steamed black mussels, with Spanish chorizo, leeks, carrots and roasted garlic. It was a large serving, with plenty for the table to share. Our guest literally drank the left-over broth. I ordered the Ciervo for my entrée. It's grilled elk tenderloin, served with roasted new potatoes, snap peas and juniper berries. So flavorful and tender. Having never had elk, I'm now a fan! Our guest, who has a large appetite, met the challenge of the Ossobucco. He was all smiles when he finished it. Our reservation was at 6:30pm. By the time we finished, it was getting cool outdoors. It helps to bring a sweater or light wrap.

Ambiance was terrific-- beautiful courtyard garden outdoor eating area with nice distance between tables. The staff smiled a lot, but only the host spoke English fluently. Our server was busy when other staff came to the table and could not speak English-- so we had to wait to get a spoon for my soup and a steak knife for my husband's steak. They were out of the filet mignon and the $61 rib eye was good--- but not great. The mixed green salad was excellent as were the onion rings. My tomato consommé did not have any avocado as described on the menu. Flavor was bland, but the huge stack of cut up heirloom tomatoes was very good. For the prices they are charging, they should be able to get better staff. 3.5 stars is all they get.
