Kokopelli Cheesecake and Artisan Bakery

Kokopelli is a local business offering cheesecakes! Fiona (the owner) offers gluten free, dairy free, and vegan alternatives as well as custom orders. I had the Basque Burnt and loved it! I've wanted to try one since I learned about the style and know I'll never bake one (or make one as well as Fiona). The pricing is very reasonable, the cheesecakes freeze well if you have leftovers or just want extra portions available. I have to temper my excitement because I'm pretty sure my Dr. doesn't want me to have cheesecakes around all the time, but it was truly delicious and I look forward to ordering again soon.
