This is the gap of the trim around the headlamp.
This shows the orange paint from the wall, on the car.
This is where the car was dragged against the wall, looks like a tire mark as well !
First class equipment.

Wish I could leave zero stars. After a horrible car accident, the owner notified my father, who was picking up the car that the driver had left the scene of an accident. All this information was incorrect, and could not be further from the truth. After three days of trying to obtain a police report and contacting multiple police agencies, we found out that this was not the case, and that it was a wrong car that had been mixed up with ours. Contacted the manger of tow company only to hear he couldn't care less. Will be filing civil suit for misrepresenting law-enforcement and for pain and suffering.

On 2/2/2022, during the terrible winter ice and snow storm, I was stranded on the side of the road with a car that couldn't safely continue on the roads. My car was slipping and sliding all over. I was, quite honestly, scared but relieved that I didn't get into a car accident. An employee with this company saw me on the side of the road with my flashers on and offered to tow me to safety for a reasonable amount ($75). I told the tow truck driver that I'd double the amount if they would tow my car to my house (about 2 miles away) and he agreed. But, get this...he told me the boss said I did not have to pay double. They only asked for a flat fee of $100. I don't know ANY company that insists on taking less. Take it from this professor, A+ all around. Thank you so much, Knittle's Towing.

I was hauling a load of steel on I40 through Albuquerque when the dunnage (boards that are used to support the load) collapsed. The only thing that kept the load from falling off my flatbed and onto the road was the straps I put on. My company got in touch with Knittles and soon Alan, who is the grandson of the founder of the company showed up. Alan assessed the situation and got things secured enough that I could drive to a vacant lot and the rest of the mess could be placed on my trailer properly. There was a bunch of small pieces that were not put on pallets correctly by the shipper that needed to be fixed as well. After being at the vacant lot for some time, an older man showed up. Walked up to me and told me that Alan was his grandson and that "he's a fucking idiot and doesn't know what he's doing"! He then went on to ask me to tell Alan to stop working. I said that it was not my call to make and that I am a company driver. I told him he could call my boss. He spoke with my boss and they agreed it would be best to complete the job Monday due to it getting dark. The old man said he would have the small stuff created up for me by MondayI waited the weekend out and called Monday morning. A man answered the phone, turns out he is second generation Knittle; father to Alan and son of the founder. I told him who I was and what I had been told. Over the phone he told me that "that is not what we do here. That we recover and secure". I told him that I would be there shortly and we could figure it out. I arrived and walked in and introduced myself. I told him what I have been told and he started to argue with me. He got very nasty and was very rude. I asked him at one point why he was being so rude to me. I said that I had been polite and respectful and I did not understand why.He then went on to tell me that it was my fault that the load had collapsed! I told him know that everybody that saw the load said it was clearly the shippers fault and not mine being the driver.I told him what his dad had told me about crating things up. He said "I have no idea what you're talking about we don't do that here. The only way we will find out is when my dad shows up and that won't be until Friday". I told him that would not work. He then managed to grunt something to me that somebody would be there in about half an hour. Sure enough Alan and another employee arrived and they fixed everything for me.I truly feel sorry for all the employees that work here. The old man and his son the dad of Alan are two of the rudest nastiest people I've ever met in my life! How they continue to run a business is beyond me. The employees do an awesome job but as for the ownership; they are miserable excuses for people!

They were the chosen company to tow my vehicle by the police, I didn't approve of this company but of course had no choice. I was already frustrated of course but understood the circumstances. I called to see about getting my car and they were nothing but rude and insulting and provided no help, they were simply trying to hold my car as long as possible yo get money out of me. On top of all that they wrecked my car when towing it and I had to fix more damage then I had caused because of their negligence

owners very rude before towed the vehicle threatened to leave me on side of road and basically forced me out of the vehicle. when we went to look at the vehicle the owner came out yelling saying kids couldn't go back while the owners child was out walking around all the vehicles. stating she owned the yard! no signage posted stating couldn't go back. wouldn't recommend for any reason.

My car had been towed to their lot on Jefferson and my husband and I picked it up the next morning, we were greeted by a friendly guy who said the owner would be there in a few minutes to help us, apparently he had to walk from the trailer across the parking lot where he lives to come help a customer. When he walked in, my husband said " Good Morning " to which there was no response and preceded to ignore us while he looked for our paperwork. He was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him. So while my husband took care of the paperwork and paid the bill of $166.79, I walked to the back lot and retrieved the car, my husband went on to work and I drove the car home. When my husband got home from work he noticed there was damage to the front quarter panel on the passengers side, the car is white and there was orange paint on it where the corner was smashed in, there is also two cracks in the panel and damage to the headlight trim. It was towed from a car wash on Zuni so the next day I drove to the car wash to see if there was any clue as to what happened, well the block wall that it was parked next to is painted orange and there was about a yards length of a white scrape where the car was obviously dragged against the wall. So from there I drove the car back over to Knittle,s Towing Inc. to show them the damage. The owner immediately got angry and said they never touched the body of the car, that they come from underneath the car to drag it up onto their flatbed truck. Obviously he wasn't there to know exactly HOW my car was hooked up and exhibited NO interest in finding out what did happen, in fact he accused me of causing the damage or it being previously damaged and blaming it on them. At that time he said to me, and I quote " I'm gonna go with when you were that close to the wall parking is when that happened " and " I'm not gonna do anything about it ". At that point a younger angry man said that because it was over 24 hrs. I basically couldn't Prove anything then preceded to have the driver send pictures to his phone to show to me, and HE said and I quote " So we have pictures of the damage before we touched it " and " it's New Mexico State law, we follow all laws around here " then " cause before you do an impound you have to take pictures of the vehicle as per PRC regulation, which we do ". So the pictures he showed me ... were AFTER it had been loaded onto their truck, not BEFORE as stated in the PRC's regulations. During this whole exchange he accused me of driving it to a parking lot and damaging it there (which does not fit their story of the damage already being there when they picked it up) then coming back just to get money, I told him " no, I just want that fixed " then he said " we're not gonna claim any damage " and that I could make a police report. I may have to make a police report but first I'll file a claim with my insurance company so I will at least get back my deductible ! This sounds more like a deposition than a review because it might have to be, and I want to keep it all fresh in my mind, as I said in a previous review " today's world is SO full of anger and hostility and that makes me sad, but gaslighting people just makes me sick " and these guys really make me Sick! I just wish I could give them LESS than one star !!! I also said in a previous review that it would be a GOOD policy to have people visually inspect their vehicle and sign off on it BEFORE driving it off their lot. Which they did NOT do, I do not know their official policy because It was NEVER provided to me. And I have to wonder WHY... and I also wonder how many other people have they willfully wronged?
