Keva Juice USA

Absolutely awful place. They work their managers to death and are so disorganized from such a high turnover rate they have no way to train people. Completely disgusting inside the machines never will I order a smoothie from this establishment.

Traveling from this area with my girlfriend stopped here for a refresher before hitting the road to Texas from Farmington. Clean area, friendly staff, 12oz smoothie are really pricey! 5 bucks is a bit pricey for a smoothie, im guessing it's the quality you're paying for. My smoothie was Keva Colada. Taste: the taste was really natural, didn't taste like pinã Colada flavoring. A bit more colada could have been a more welcomed it was more on the bland healthy taste side than the actual flavor of the smoothie. Consistency: the consistency of the smoothie was a big plus, blended well and very smooth through a straw Price: 22oz 7 bucks and change; 12oz was 5 bucks. Staff: very friendly and they wished us fairwell!

I literally walked into this location today and found no one at the counter. Waited for about a minute or so and then decided to walk back out and back into the establishment to set off the sound the door makes when someone walks in. Waited approximately 4 minutes and called out "hello" and no one came out.

I had my first Keva Juice ever, recently. It was in Coronado mall, next to the food court, I felt like I was just... obligated. Yes, exactly, I wasn't in the mood for Orange Julius. (Is anyone, really? Seriously, who actually consumes Orange Julius? What is Orange Julius? How has that company survived all of these decades?) I'm horribly prone to brain freeze, and the massive styrofoam cup certainly delivered on that front, over and over again. I don't know how to feel about Keva Juice. On the one hand, it's a reasonably healthier alternative to most of the crap you can swallow, but on the other, they make a lot of these drinks with sorbet. What's that about? The joy of the smoothie, aside from the natural fresh fruit sugar high, is knowing that you're nurturing yourself. Keva Juice is like the smoothie, mall-ified.

Went to this location last week and they didn't have bananas! So i went again this morning @9am and they were out of strawberry's ! How can this happen so early in the day ! Drove all the way here and was very disappointed!

Love me some Keva Juice yogurt!Keva makes great frozen yogurt, and they have an awesome rule about half price yogurt after 7pm - how can you beat that??? They are very environmentally conscious, which rocks, and they have yummy flavors. They tend to have UNM kids working there, nice enough kids, nothing to complain or rave about.Wish they stayed open a bit later, but all in all, Keva is pretty darn good!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I've been a keva juice customer for years, I haven't visited this location since they have had this new manager. My experience was disheartening and has ruined my love for this company. When I walked in I could hear an annoyed groan from the back then the new manager came out to get my order, she was very rude,condescending and not helpful in the slightest, she seemed to have no clue how to do her job and was annoyed i was there giving them my business. I don't understand how she was hired considering how unprofessional unhelpful and rude she was. The place was disgusting and I didn't notice any thing being sanitized after use despite being in a pandemic. The bathroom was so foul looks like no one has cleaned or mopped this place in weeks. "Jess" has unfortunately steered me far far away form ever visiting a keva juice ever again, you've lost a good customer I wouldn't treat my enemies the way she treats customers. Good day
