Keva Juice

Who ever was slangin smoothies that day was on POINT!! It's been so long since we have had a good keva juice. It's usually to watered down, ratios are off, missing supplement, etc. It was super good

I tried the acai bowl today. Tasted great and the container is great for takeout, but a wider bowl would allow for actually mixxing the toppings into the acai. Once I ate the bananas, granola, blueberries and coconut off the top, I just had 3/4 cup of plain acai. Bring your own bowl or take it home to mix.

I absolutely love this Keva location! I have a go to order that is what most would call "complicated." I know of at LEAST 4 employees at this location who know my order by heart. There is one young man who knows my truck and had my smoothie going before I even walked in the door tonight!! I LOVE that!!! That is the kind of service I always tried to provide when I worked in customer service - being on the customer side of such great service makes me realize just how much those little things make a BIG impact for someone. It really made my evening, especially because I usually go in to Keva when I need a pick me up. Chris is a great manager and has done a great job training everyone who works there. Tip these guys big, they have a great attitude and deserve it!

This is my first time at Keva Juice and buy far was the nastiest smoothie I have ever tasted. All I wanted was a simple strawberry smoothie. Where is a smoothie king when you need one.

I placed an order at 10:38 , I received a confirmation and everything. By the time I got here and checked in, the worker said they haven't started it yet, which is fine.. as long as they get to it.. right? Well, they actually took 3 separate orders that walked in after me, made those first, made themselves some drinks, then told me "if I have an order, I need to tell someone......." Which is ridiculous because I did just that as soon as I walked in. I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes because I kept being told, they're working on it, they're working on it.. I wanted to just cancel and get a refund.. well as soon as I asked for that, magically my order was ready. This was absolutely insane and ruined my morning for sure. I wouldn't recommend this place, and definitely do not place an online order/app order.. cause those are last priority.

I go to the cottonwood one a couple times a week and the smoothies are really good. The younger guy in there is super friendly and chill. If you like sweet smoothies I think keva is a good choice

I came in on a hot summer day hoping for a refreshing drink and some a/c, to my surprise it was burning up in there. The employees told me the key was broken and there was nothing they could do. This is ridiculous , Keva please do something for those poor employees!

The one at Cottonwood in Albuquerque took over 30 min to get a drink even though there were 5 ladies working and not very busy. Waste of time.

Terrible customer service. The employees refused to help and sent us to a different location after asking a few questions. Very rude people. Did not want to work and all were messing around and making excuses to not help. Terrible experience. Terrible employees.

Came here for along time brought the family, employees slow and short. Cups always break. But this is the last straw. No cash... no thanks. You can keep it. I'll go to a pro people establishment.
