Keva Juice

Service was really good and staff was super friendly. The product however was not good at all. I got the blueberry açaí bowl and it was so watery and tasted like straight juice. It was so so sweet. I wanted to add peanut butter and it was full of every single bad oil (soybean vegetable etc.). Their styrofoam bowls are too tall and narrow, you can't mix up your bowl and stuff falls out when you try to take a bite. Def the worst açaí I have had. I was not impressed and will never be back. Thankfully staff was very pleasant that is the only positive thing I have to say.

Came here to order through the drive-thru. I got the strawberry acai bowl and with a few extras- coconut, peanut butter, etc. it came out closer to $10, but it was worth it. (I added honey and chocolate nibs to it at home). It comes in the one size and it's a different bowl than they used to use. The order itself took about 10 minutes (which killed the crickets I had for my pet from Clark's across the street, oops). I just saw on the online ordering menu that there's no acai bowl being offered on there, weird. My favorite smoothie has always been the piña colada one, and can't wait to try the new smashing pumpkin! Plenty of locations and it is a staple at the Sunport. 2022 #45

A big issue with this store is inconsistency. ALWAYS taste your smoothie before leaving. I ordered a Hawaiian Holiday on 6/23/23 and it didn't taste like they usually do- it was all bitter orange and no flavor of pineapple juice (which I guess was supposed to sweeten it) or orange sherbert. And I didn't see the employee go to the left and add the immune supplement I requested. She already had a bit of an attitude, so I decided not to go back. I think the employees just try to make these whether or not they have all the ingredients. Note: this happens every October when I order the Smashing Pumpkin. Different employees make the product in different ways, so it's totally hit or miss. Unfortunately, I wasted my 10 Keva stars on this crappy Hawaiian Holiday smoothie. One guy working said that they're trying to "rebuild" this store. I'm happy to support them, but tired of getting hosed. I've found that it's pretty easy to buy a bag of frozen, mixed fruit, add a bit of protein power, fro-yo, and some stevia for a great smoothie at home. However, I sometimes like to go out. Guess I'll be staying home.

I always come to this kiva because of the drive up it's always fast and the window servers are always friendly and efficient. I know how hard they work every day so when you can get this kinda consistently it's a win. Today I strolled inside just to see , I ordered. acai bowl and when I do it go all out adding honey, coconut and peanut butter yummy . My server made it so good my only complaint is they changed the bowls up they are probably the same size but I feel they need to be a tad bigger for high maintenance guys like me that load em up.. I understand the costs but the white styrofoam for the juices and açaí s are ugly and are not in touch with kivas image . I paid almost $12 not including tip , no sweat but give me style I deserve it ...

Keva is the SW Jamba Juice imo. And personally I love it. You're basically forced to get the largest size because besides people with dietary restrictions, I don't know who'd want to order the tiny cup for $4 when you can get the massive one for $5.50. I obviously haven't tried all or even half of the flavors yet, but every single one that I've tried so far is so good and delicious. To say that "drinking keva" is one my highlights when visiting abq might sound funny, but it truly is!!!

Love this location they have a whole new crew and everyone is so nice and helpful. The place looks clean and it smells clean. The drinks here always hit the spot when it's super hot and they have many options. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the second time I've visited this location and ended up leaving after waiting 20 min without them taking our order. This store needs to get their crap together and hire more ppl or replace the current employees if they aren't doing their jobs correctly.

we entered the store and there was Two employees there. nobody greeted us or said a single word as we stood there waiting to order. we waited for at least 10 minutes and finally walked out because we were completely ignored by the staff inside. a simple Hi would have been better then ignoring us completely. this staff needs to be trained in customer service or fired.

food is good service is ass. the workers always seem have an attitude. i don't appreciate it
