Keva Juice

Shout out to the guy working today. He made my drink amazing. Appreciate the hard work and excellent customer service!

I went and ordered the mean n green something like that, I specifically asked the girl at the cash register if that was a sweet tasting smoothie she confidently said yes so I chose that option. now given this was my first time at this establishment I did not like the smoothie it was horrendous absolutely disgusting I let my friends give it a try and they agreed it left a terrible bitter after taste in our mouths. It was absolutely foul. So I walk back to the girl at the register and I tell her the selection I chose was off. I did not like it, it was disgusting. I thought I'd be playing it safe since it had been her advising me it was a sweet smoothie far from it. my problem was that the girl as the cash register was redundant and did not want to help me. I told her I'd be more than happy to pay a difference for a different smoothie and instead she rung me up and charged me for an entire new smoothie. There was another guy working I'm not sure what his role was presumably manager but this man was like the girl was completely unhelpful.he rudely stated that he would remake the drink for me free of charge but that it would still taste the same he then asked me what other smoothie choice I wanted so I went for the beet smoothie and the girl laughed and said are you sure you like beets? First and far most very unnecessary comment as I was 100% sure of my selection without anyone's opinions. I've worked in customer service for more than six years 3 of those years as a barista and if someone comes up to me and tells me the drink is no good or incorrect I will remake the drink happily no questions ask. As the customer is always right. For a first timer here I was very unimpressed by the level of customer service I received. Disappointed but not surprised. Would not recommend.

Manager was a rude when I questioned the price. I paid $2.00 for a 3/4 of an ounce of yogurt. I don't know if their scales are off or if they are just plain thieves but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle.

I like the menu items they have. What is nice is the ablity to change some items on a given recipe if there is something you don't like. The staff doesn't waste time in preparing drinks which is nice.

ROTTEN & POOR Customer Service!!! Always have a problem with employees at this location and other Keva Juice locations, Specially when you ask them to make Carrot Juice. Always a drag to employees to juice carrots. Very recently, 5:30pm on 29th May 2015 first employee took carrots and threw them on Dirty Counter! We asked for a large Size, employee cheated and added half ice, since she thought no one was looking. When I told her we specifically asked, NO ICE, and also, putting Carrots on a Dirty Counter is a Health Code Violation, she said "Oh, that's just our policy, don't come back here if you don't like that...." When I asked her to give me managers ph # she deliberately gave me a phony number. Most Keva juice locations dislike making Carrot Juice. Not sure why it's even on menu????And yes, she did give me a refund, stating once more "Don't come back, if you don't like it" WOW! That's Customer Service!!!City Health inspection is definitely needed at all Keva Juice locations... We'd also appreciate a competitor opening with similar Juicing Concept.... PLEASE !!! Thx

I stood there for 2 minutes the tended never looked at me once and just kept moving his blenders around so I decided to go elsewhere with my business I hope they fire that fat lard that was behind the deal today thank you

Not the best service and inconsistent with how they make your drink. Definitely not an açaí bowl....

This is literally the worst Keva juice in the city. They are always out of veggies and unable to make certain juices and the workers have some of the worst snobby attitudes here. The last time I was here I was trying to order a "green with energy" juice and they said they didn't have apples and celery so they couldn't make it, so then I tried ordering another juice and they said they didn't have ginger and some other greens to make it, so I didn't order anything and my mom ordered a smoothie. While waiting for her smoothie I could hear the two young lady workers gossiping and laughing about not having to make the juices I wanted like they were relieved. It was plain out rude to act like this in front of the customer. If you hate making juices so much then why work at a place like this?...Every time I go here it's not a good experience and I love keva juice but I'll never bother with this location anymore....

I love Keva juice but the one in the mall is horrible - they made my drink wrong twice - didn't Apologize and didn't refund me - I won't be buying from here again - I'm giving them 2 stars because they did make my sons drink correctly and he loved it

I thoroughly enjoy the drinks served at this establishment but the delightful flavor of my smoothie was diminished due to the manager's unreasonably rude attitude.She has made me feel unwelcome and I will never be coming back to this particular Keva Juice establishment.
