Keva Juice

Ordered online Hawaiian holiday drink 12 ounces with honey and immuni and vanilla protein scoop came to be roughly 8 dollars. It was delicious but too expensive for a small drink. However speedy service and descent customer service. The place was quiet and relaxed back.

If I could give this Keva location less than a one star, I would. Horrible customer service. Staff is rude and could care less about customers. I shouldn't be surprised since the manager, Lorraine, has the same attitude. Staff follow their managers, even their bad ones. I will never go back to this location. Hey Keva, get a new manager and maybe things could turn around!!!

Feeling extreme pissed. Bought a #kevajuice smoothie and found a metal nail in my drink. About 1inch piece of actual metal. Lucky I didn't choke on it. Called the store @Menaul and Wyoming in Albuquerque, NM, where I bought it and told me I would just need speak with manager tomorrow so they could replace it. WTF!!!So upset with the blah attitude from the employee. Acted as if it didn't even matter. If there hadn't been a group of friends with me I doubt anyone would have believed it true.

Everything healthy in a smoothie + soft serve ice cream.No issues, fast wait time, clean store

I'm a California native and we love smoothies. I've only had the piña colada smoothie (with added ginger) but I'm pretty impressed. It's super smooth, tasty and nicely portioned. The server was nice. I only docked a star because it's a little pricey and because I hate when places have signs that say, "Such and such is NOT FREE". They had TWO of these on the frozen yogurt toppings. There is a reason major chains don't put up big signs saying what you cannot have for free--it's a turn off. Instead, why not just say, "We are happy to provide toppings for an additional fee" or something like that. Overall, good experience.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Customer service here is terrible, called at 7:55 to place a to go order and I was right next door at my gym just feet away, wanted a smoothie and door was locked tried to go in but they closed shop before closing hours. I'm sorry but this is terrible customer service and it's so unprofessional for them to close the store before closing hours because they are lazy and want to get out earlier. So upset I will never come back again

I'm not much a juice bar kinda guy, but one morning I skipped breakfast and this place was nearby, so I popped in.There's a ton of options, I'll tell you that. I was a little overwhelmed, but the gal behind the counter was helpful in pointing me to a tasty concoction of berries and protein powder (I've forgotten the name).Clean facility, open and bright. A bit pricey, my juice mix was $6 all done and told. For that money I'd just assume raid a Waffle House for breakfast next time.

I stood in line forever the guy didn't ever say anything one moment. Took over ten minutes to order then another guy walked in slowly started helping him and the first one disappeared. Then when my two similar but different with supplements so I can't tell which is which he sets on the counter doesn't even tell me their mine then doesn't know which one is which. Horrible customer service I would think be back to this location ever.

No greeting when entering. No greeting when waiting to order. This is the worst treatment I've ever received. I refuse to give my money to someone without any customer service attitude. I was a regular at this location however If you come to this location I would avoid Jovante. Everyone else has always been hospitable.
