Nice selection to chose from. Good, cool people behind the counter. Very fast service. They do all talk English because I talk to them, lol. Don't know what that snowflake is crying about?

The workers dont speak English. When you come to America, you need to speak English. They can't speak English

Kelly. The go-to liquor store in the 'turkey. When I first came to NM many years ago, they were already pushing the ethyl alcohols on the masses. Single ferments, distilled, mixed and single barrel, quintuple-carbon-filtered and cold-filtered goodness. If it's booze-based it's probably here somewhere. This isn't their biggest store location but it's got the staples - two solid walls of cooler stock your domestics, you imports, and your expanding local and micro-brew choices. When you enter you are surrounded by wine instantly. Push on and you find yourself deep into vodka territory. Go too far and you can hide amongst the stacks of dirty thirties. yep. Liqour store.

I have never had a poor experience at this store! They always have everything I am looking for. They are always super helpful and their prices are always fair. Most of the time they are less expensive then their competition. They are also convenient, so even if their prices were higher, which they usually aren't, it would still be worth it to me to shop here. I am confused by the poor reviews, because I have never seen them treat anyone with disrespect, or poor service! You guys are great and keep up the good work!

Giving them a ring an hour before closing, I got an employee who was not the nicest or most helpful. While visiting this location, I was in a bit of a rush to get to a party. The party host wanted to make Harvey Wallgangers and didn't have any Galliano. Asking for Galliano as I entered the store, the employee wanted a proper greeting before telling me where the Galliano was located. I just went to where I thought was a logical location for the aperitifs, vermouth, and bitters might be. I found it, brought it up to the cashier's desk with my credit card out. He was very displeased that I didn't have time to chit chat and that I found the liquor without his help. In a hurry but not impolite, I was ready with payment. He asked me if it was too much trouble to say a proper hello. I just asked if he would ring me up. On the third visit, two employees seemed more concerned with a basketball game than helping customers, just putting in their time. The Kelly liquor stores on Wyoming and Mountain Run are more professional, bigger, and better stocked.

Obnoxious staff (oh, and obnoxious music too). Asked about a different product got nothing but attitude and ridicule in response. Drive to a different Kelly's. They are individually owned, and others have cheaper prices (and not staffed by dickheads)

I stopped in to get a small bottle of alcohol .I asked the counter man which would be best, and he tried to sell me a bottle I didnot want.He said I'm just trying to educate you.I said "I'm not listening He said " then I'm not serving you"I said all I want is a bottle for a recipe for punch.I'm still not serving you.I ask the other counter person ) who was on his cell phone)for it, and he said I'm not going to sell it to you either.I ask for the owners name and he said I think your drunk.That was such a wrong thing to say.I guess he could use that as a bogus excuse when I call the owner and report them.How rude they both were!
