Keller's Farm Stores

Walked in and was stunned by the meat selection. I have not seen anything like it in ABQ. The fruit is freshAnd displayed nicely. All in all, a wonderful find.

We thought we would buy our turkey from Keller's but we were turned off by the attitude of the woman who was waiting on us. She acted like we should feel privileged to be there. When we asked the price she was rude. We bought some chorizo and found it was horrible with ground pork and a few chile flakes! Wasted money!!!

Keller's is amazing! We ordered a 12 pound prime rib for Christmas Eve dinner. I ordered it 4 days in advance and it was ready for pick up when promised. The cut was perfect. The marble and bright red of fresh meat was more than I could ask for. We added a rub the night before and put two layers of wrap to seal in the flavor. The meat was cooked to perfection with the directions given from Kellers. Best speciality meat in the city. Also, they have Tim's Cascade potato chips. Nice nod to the PNW.

Very nice for a local grocery store. Everything was priced very reasonably. I really liked that they had a wide variety of local goods too. The meat counter was obviously the highlight of it all. All of their meat looked fresh and so delicious. We ended up getting stir fry beef, crab cakes, milk, and a key lime curd.

Hands down the best steaks in town. The butchers will hand craft whatever food creation your heart desires.

i miss the kellers, this place is out of touch alittle more customer service and alot less empty freezers

What a waste of money. I pre-ordered turkey for Thanksgiving. Not only was the pickup chaotic, I didn't get a chance to see my order, The next day when I went to serve the turkey, I realized my order was completely wrong. I ordered only smoked white breast meat. The meat was half white, half dark and wasn't smoked. Those that tried it thought it was horrible. Over $87 down the drain as my family did not eat the turkey. Never again.

The young woman behind the meat counter wasn't very good, Also, it would be nice if the employees didn't so obviously suspect every customer of being a shoplifter. I stopped going there a long time ago because the store smelled and I got spoiled chicken. Now I'm not going back because of the hardly good employees. Oh, and btw, the tamales behind the counter in the deli section are disgusting. I found out the hard way.

Called Keller to inquire about frozen packages. A very nice gentleman suggested I come on down to the store to go over what I'd like to purchase, I asked if there was a good time to come down, he said , nope, just come on down. I encountered very rude customer service by the nice gentleman's co worker. I could barely see over the meat counter while explaining what I wanted help with to this female, who looked like we were irritating her by asking is there some place we could sit to go over this $600+ order I wanted. BUT she didn't know the amount I was spending! she very rudely told me there is no place to sit, I asked for a second and she walked away. I then said to the nice gentleman that we would be leaving she is rude. then I told them I was going to spend $600+ and walked out. we left the big stores to find hometown customer service, but I guess that's gone from Keller's!
