KD Cleaning

KD Cleaning failed to show up four times in a row for my windows. Those were times when they had scheduled; there were several additional times I left messages that were never returned. On a separate occasion I hired them for house cleaning and they wouldn't give me an estimate in advance, even though they'd viewed the property. The charge ended up being $300 for a casita that's under 800 sq ft, which I would never have agreed to in advance. On another occasion they cleaned the main house, where they disconnected and broke things without telling me. When I pointed this out to the owner he acted like I was the one creating a problem. In sum, unreliable, unethical and disrespectful.
