I have been using HRT Soto pelle since 2012 and Dr. Kate Is by far one of the best providers! Truly her method of injecting the pellet cannot be felt! She is professional, personable and there is no feeling of just being a number! HRT is a must for my overall well being! If you are "going through the change" (men or women) don't feel like your old self, lethargic, no sexual drive...give Dr.Kate a call and see if HRT is right for you

Dr. Musello has been my Gyno for over 4 years and I can't be more happier. I used to go out of state to get hormones therapy and had to pay out of pocket. Thank goodness my primary referred me to Dr. Musello years ago. She is progressive in the knowledge of women's hormones. And she enjoys educating her patients.In the past, I have experienced below average front office staff but that has not been so in the last couple of years. The office staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. If there's issues, please bring it up Dr. Musello. She's open to hearing from her patients and I'm confident she will take care of it.

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Musello. When I raised my kids in Albuquerque, she was my Gyn in the 80s and 90s. I then moved away for a decade and only recently returned. She's seen me through lots of life cycles, the most recent being a possible need for hormone replacement therapy. My husband and I both went to her office and she spent over an hour with us, going over medical histories, talking about therapies and solutions, learning about my history of colon cancer, and generally treating us like people she genuinely likes and wants to help. I am so grateful that I rediscovered her and that she's now in my corner AGAIN! I don't understand the negative reviews here - my experience has never been anything but positive and caring when I'm in Dr. Musello's office.

I have seen many doctors for BHRT since the removal of my ovaries, and finding Dr. Musello has been a life saver. She listened to me, assured me and treated me. She took the time to hear me out, where other doctors were dismissive to say the least. She was also genuinely concerned about my health. She is skilled and full of knowledge on BHRT. Her and her office are attentive, supportive, compassionate and so much more.

Dr. Musello kicked me out of her office due to "no connection between us." As this elderly woman I didn't know began to ask me deeply personal questions that had little to nothing to do with the part of my body she was supposed to examine. I told her that though her concern into my personal life was unwarranted I appreciated her concern. I would have at least appreciated it if she had decided to kick me out before I took off my pants. She decided we weren't a match afterward. Incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend Dr. Musello to anyone.

Dr. Musello is a great doctor. She's a sweet lady and very very helpful. Unfortunately, her staff is rude and unhelpful. They won't return your calls if you leave a voicemail even if you're trying to reschedule. So don't bother leaving a voicemail because they'll probably say they didn't get it, then threaten you with a $50 fine when you miss your appt.

I really wish I had read the reviews about the staff, because they are truly unprofessional and completely unapologetic about their own mistakes. Unfortunately I would not recommend this office solely on the staff because the Doctors were really nice.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Musello to me and I'm glad she did. I've never had any problems with her staff or her. She was very clear, helpful and informative about my results and although I now primarily work with an oncologist at Pres (recommended by Dr. Musello) I would and do tell all of my friends to see her.

Dr Musello is the best. Her knowledge of HRT is par excellence. Her recommendations changed my life for the better. She listens to your needs, explains everything thoroughly and, more importantly, is passionate about women's health. She spends an extraordinary amount of time with you (45 minutes), has excellent follow-through and responds within 24 hours. If you are one of her patients, consider yourself fortunate--she is one of a kind.

I had been with Dr. Muselo for years but when she began to provide pellets and I asked to many questions she fired me as a patient. I was totally thrown off by her professionalism, but thankful that I found a doctor who allows me to ask questions concerning my health.
