Karibu Cafe

This was such great food truck food! It's East African and Caribbean food, which I have no expertise, and was my first time trying it. Unlike many other food trucks it was not very overpriced and you actually get a decent amount of meat in your bowls. One thing to keep in mind is it is one person taking orders and serving so be patient. Will definitely be eating here again.

Great food here. This food truck was parked I front of the brewery and OMG. TACOS ARE RHE BOMB!!Chicken tacos are so damn good. You can get with salsa or sauce. Choose the salsa! So it is a food truck and they travelThe black beans and rice that come with orders is one of the best I have ever had.

Karibu Cafe was parked at Boxing Bear Brewery, and its alluring smell drew me in. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, and it was fantastic. The owner / chef is super friendly, down-to-Earth and makes some incredibly tasty food.

My husband is from Tanzania and this is the only place in town where he can get Tanzanian food. The owner is very nice and always finds/makes plant based food for our kids and I as well.

food was melt in your mouth delicious, friendly service. the ambiance had great vibes. There were a lot of people but it was well worth the wait.

we got the curried chicken and the chicken pita here when they were at marble brewery. it was some of the most perfectly cooked chicken I've ever had. my boyfriend, who normally hates black beans, ate his entire side of black beans and rice. this place is awesome, highly recommend!

This place is fantastic, Curry and Coconut Shrimp, excellent. Boxing bear has a very good selection of beer. Highly recommend.

We found this GEM at Marble Brewery last night. Oh My!!! So delicious and super friendly owner/chef!!! We hummed our way through the veggie bowl with Caribbean Jerk flavors to tingle the taste buds!!! Can't wait to sample more delicious dishes!!!!
