Was connected to the group via Zillow to set up a showing. After having second thoughts about the house and cancelling the showing, Caleb Armstrong kept sending me messages after I told him I did not want to speak to him and the team anymore on 3 separate occasions. He then signed me up for marketing emails.Highly unpleasant and a bit unnerving. I would actively avoid this group going forward as a selling or buying agent.

I think it helps that they've had experience in competitive fields like acting, marketing, and entrepreneurship and in other cities like Los Angeles and Boston. They are sharp, strategic, and hustlers. They will WORK for you. This is especially important when selling a house, as we were.Going back to how they have experience in other fields: I've never seen any other realtors do such a good job at marketing when selling a house. Kiki has a degree in marketing, and it shows! They do online marketing and SEO; they write really engaging and creative home descriptions; they make amazing home videos. They also think through what the buyer must be thinking and wanting. Every engagement with a potential buyer (whether online, through answering their realtor's questions, etc.) becomes an opportunity to show how your home can match up with their needs. It's a really different approach than just slapping a listing price on a house and having an open house and waiting. I think their approach helped to get our home under contract within two days and for much more than we had expected it to get for it.Kristina did an amazing job negotiating our home sale price and terms of sale. We got everything we wanted and more. She is very smart and perceptive and did a great job on this.Lastly, they and their team are just easy and painless to work with. They are kind, engaging people and their team is professional. They responded quickly and thoroughly to all our questions and never left us hanging. We had about the easiest, most fun home sale experience possible.Just go ahead and use them as realtors!
