Just Sprinklers

My wife and I moved into a new home about a year and a half ago. We walked the property throughly but could not find our Valve box. This year the sprinklers were not shutting off properly so I called just Sprinklers and very clearly told them this was to find the box via a wire trace. They gave me an appointment a week out. 2 guys showed up and seemed surprised, "we can't find your valve box". I said I know, that's why you're here to do a wire trace. I was told there was a mistake and they would need to come back in another week to call out an actual wire trace. A week goes by and the wire trace is completed. Turns out the previous homeowner put the valves under removable floorboard's underneath the outdoor shed. Trace was money well spent, I would have never have found that myself. The problem with the trace though was I was immediately told by the rep, "oh they don't make those valves anymore and it's not to code, they need to be higher." He implied that for them to even touch the project and get my sprinklers working it would be at least $3,000. I found an identical valve down the street at ACE for $25. Bought 2, and salvaged the new parts to fix the old gaskets. The guy they sent out to trace the wire was a professional, 5 stars, but the immediate up sale to a $3,000 job when the fix was $50 drops off 2 stars.

We had to book an appointment way in advance but they came, very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed our sprinkler system on the spot and the cost was super reasonable. We had quite the opposite experience with another sprinkler company in albuquerque so we are very pleased with just sprinklers and it was well worth the wait

What an unprofessional organization. I went in for a job interview, and during the interview, one of the 2 people in the room farted. It was heinous. I didn't say anything, but in hindsight I should have. I pretty much knew I didn't want to work there even though I was very much qualified for the management position I was applying for. Granted this was 5 years ago. But it has bothered be since. So let them suck on a bad review. What kind of people do this? Not people I am willing to give my hard-earned money to.

We cannot give this company a good or even a decent rating. The workers left twice without covering two exterior manifolds (that they installed) to protect against freezing. Even though under warranty, we were charged an expensive service call. Since they are not honoring their warranty, we will hire another company to complete their work.Maybe they should consider a different line of work?

Do not USE THIS COMPANY! after multiple visits. They fixed my sprinkler problem to the tune of $4,000.00. I am a senior widow and feel totally taken advantage of.

RIO RANCHOMy underground sprinklers system piping split. Omar fixed it with 15 minutes, and He also checked all the other connections to make sure all the drips were working. He was personable and professional. THANK YOU.

Paine came out, gave us an estimate which we accepted and scheduled the work for 8:30 a.m. on May 12. At 9:00 a.m. we got a call saying they had to go back to finish another job and they would arrive around noon. No calls, no nothing. I call them. Now they're saying 3 p.m. and the job will only take an hour. There are two things wrong with that--the original estimate was for half a day and in excess of $900. No way we are paying over $900 for an hour 's work. Two: We weren't born yesterday. There is no way 2 people could actually perform the work detailed in the estimate in a workmanlike manner in one hour.I absolutely cannot recommend Just Sprinklers. The estimator seemed knowledgeable and competent. All my dealings with this company after that were negative and highly unsatisfactory. I actually would give them negative stars if that was an option.

Don't be confused by the name, it's not all about sprinklers. They sell wood, all kinds of rocks for projects (both DIY and professional), fish for koi ponds, all kinds of materials to beautify your yard. Plus, and I would say most importantly I had the best customer service experience there. I had been trying to finish our pond project for days. Before JustSprinklers I had visited four other businesses with no luck--either they didn't have it or wouldn't sell the smaller number of larger stones we needed. Chris made us feel so welcomed and ushered us to the back and let us buy our 180 lbs of rocks. Price was fair and we also found Rock n' Foam for a better price. Support this local business because: one, they have what you need, two, they're friendly and helpful. Two things I cannot say about the four other landscape suppliers we pursued before getting to them. I hope this helps you save time!
