Jump 4 Fun

Booking was easy but service was VERY POOR. Our jumper was set up on time for the event but I received a phone call a short time afterwards stating the employees were coming to pick up the jumper after only TWO hours due to windy weather...when they arrived weather was settled they still removed the jumper! Kids were upset and there was no type of compromise or refund! I called to speak to the business manager and there was never an answer or return to my phone call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this business.

These people do not know how to serve customers. When my children approach them they are yelling, and being very aggressive. These are 10 year olds I'm talking about. When I approached them about it they went off. Three of them at a time telling me that my kids don't listen to them. My kids spent 5 seconds with them before they were already yelling. Also these are Children!!!!! I called in, and before I could even get anything out the guy on the phone was already going off on how they just do things the way they think they are supposed to.

A must-have for any event! We used Jump 4 Fun for the New Mexico Firefighters & Friends St. Baldrick's event, and we highly recommend them! The bouncy house and slide were popular attractions at our event! Jack and his team are always friendly and courteous. The units are always clean and in excellent condition.

Called to get a quote but the gentleman who answered had poor customer service. When I told him that my party starting at 5:00 p.m. he said that he couldn't help me. I said thank you and hung up. I called right back thinking maybe he could help if I changed the time but when I mention that I had just called he then spoke with an attitude saying yeah I know who you were but I'm too busy and booked out. He then started arguing with me. I understand that he may not have been able to accommodate a last minute booking but he could have at least provided good customer service to potentially gain a future customer. I will not be using this company in the future.

Had a very good experience with this company!! Jack was awesome and the boys that came and set up were very friendly and respectful!

We've used Jump for Fun for two of my son's birthdays, the most recent being when he turned six. The kids had a great time and Jack made the experience easy - which is much appreciated when planning a birthday party at home! I would always recommend them to friends because of their professionalism, promptness and ease in renting.
