JPR Decorative Gravel

Omg! This company has the most amazing woman working for them. Her name is Yolanda and she ROCKS! I was running short on gravel and she went way beyond her usual great customer service to make it happen. This company is super easy to work with and their product is great! Shout out to JPR and Yolanda for making our very large project a success.

My Family and I have been using JPR for years. Whether it is a small job or a large one they are always able to fulfill my needs. Their customer service is great!

My experience with JPR gravel was good. They have many sizes and colors of gravel from which to choose, and the employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My only 2 complaints are: 1) the gravel is full of dirt, trash, and cigarette butts. It's aggravating to have tons of dirt in your rock because you pay by weight. It's also a hassle to pick out nasty cigarette butts and trash by the pound. However, once you wash off the rock, it looks beautiful. 2) the truck driver delivering the rock backed into my juniper bush (not all bad for allergy sufferers) but he ripped half of it out and didn't bother to attempt fixing it. Now half of my bush is dead and detracts from my nice landscaping. He spoke only Spanish so it is unclear from mi poquito Español, if he understood that this was a problem. Overall, I'm happy and would do business here again.

The service at the window was polite and helpful. I ordered 10 tons of rock and it was delivered quickly and right on time. The delivery man was very nice, and put the rock right where I asked with no problems or complaints. Unfortunately there was A LOT of dirt in my order. I think at least 25% dirt. I called to complained and spoke to Yolanda (an owner?). At first she was a little hesitant and said I should expect dirt in my load. I sent photos, and she did call me back after a day. She agreed to send me 2 tons of replacement rock. This made me happy, and I ordered an additional 4 tons of a different rock in addition. The new rock and replacement rock were also delivered quickly by very polite and friendly drivers. Unfortunately, when I looked at my receipt, I had paid delivery for the new rock (not a problem) but i had also been charged half delivery and fuel surcharge on the replacement rock. This is more than half the cost of one ton of the rock. I called and talked to Yolanda again. I said i didn't think I should have to pay delivery for the rock she didn't deliver with my first order. She didn't agree but said she would call me back. She never did. The money is not the issue here, it is only $32.90. But I don't think this is good customer service. I think it would be worth $32.00 to provide excellent service. I'm sorry I don't know the driver's names, or I would give them both Kudos.

I had a flawless experience with this company. I only needed 3 tons of rock, but that really makes no difference. They delivered to my house right on time, the driver was super nice, and the price was ridiculously low. I paid like $115 bucks for 3 tons AND the delivery. I had my yard looking great by 1pm. Thanks guys, we'll recommend you for sure!

First time ordering gravel and went very smooth. I needed 26 tons and they delivered as expected and delivery driver was awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of gravel. They were able to work around my schedule and were on time, which is greatly appreciated Keep up the great work!

Arrived before the time of closing on the sign posted on the gate. A rude woman, blonde, came outside and said, "We're closed." I and another customer pointed out that the sign says open. She said not during winter hours. I said, "Fine, I'll place my order elsewhere." She just blew a $5,000 order for rock and gravel. Didn't even attempt to recover the sale.

The time you took to strategize, plan and apply your expertise to restore her grave with honor and respect is greatly appreciated by the family. Your professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility and great product made this project a success.

Got three pickup loads gravel and rock today and I have to say the front end loader operator was amazing to watch. First load he was waiting by bin 44 before I even pulled my truck in line. One quick bucket weighed and dumped precisely into the bed of truck in maybe a minute. The guy is like a surgeon. I was in and out with three loads all on a Saturday. The prices for NMDOT base and mountain air brown 2" to 4" were reasonable and the service was great. Highly recommend.
