JP is the best plumbing company in town and I can say that since I have grown up here!! He solved our roof issue with a simple fix after others could not handle it . I will not use ANYONE else!!

JP Plumbery did the HVAC work on my parents new build a few years back so we were referred to them when our heater started giving us issues this winter. Our heater was 20+ years old and we've been wanting to switch from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air for some time now. We decided to pull the trigger and did a full replacement of both units. They were extremely competitive when it came to pricing, another company was going to be significantly more expensive when we were just looking at the heater repair/replacement.Cody and Dylan were the two service techs that replaced the units and were great to work with. The first day they arrived they were very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect over the coming days. I didn't feel the need to check in with them because they would check in with me when they arrived every day and throughout so they could update me on the progress they were making. With the change in weather I've used both the AC and heating unit in the last couple of weeks and both are working great! I would recommend JP Plumbery to anyone in need of their services!Joe

It is a pleasure to do business with a company that tells you it is going to do something at a certain time and 100% follows through with the promise. Called the day before to verify, showed up on time and did quick accurate time and money saving work to solve my A/C issue. This happened to be for the business but I will not hesitate to call them for any and all my plumbing and A/C needs at home as well. Great to work with a company with excellent standards.

Benjamin is the tech I worked with. He's great when it comes to radiant floor heat. This is the second time I've used this company, and I would refer them to anyone I known looking for a plumbing company. They're on time, reliable, and knowledgeable.

I'm adding my 5-star review because it is earned. Of course, a water heater never fails at 10:00 a.m. on a weekday. Noooo. Saturday afternoon, I see water seeping and I knew we were in trouble. JP Plumbery was at my house within a half an hour to secure the water heater, drain it and shut off the gas. And while he was there, he took care of another, non-emergency plumbing problem I had. My husband and I are enormously grateful.

Have used JP for heating/cooling at one house, and more recently for plumbing repair, a new water heater and a laundry room upgrade in another home. They are always professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and the work has been top notch at a reasonable price. They are my first call whenever I have plumbing or heating/cooling needs.

We had a new Air Conditioner and Furnace installed by J.P. Plumery. The installers were very professional and finished the project in 4 days- in spite of snow and cold weather. They made sure that we always had heat and our house was warm. We are new customers and plan to use them for our home heating, cooling and plumbing projects- highly recommend.

JP Plumbery installed a split unit for me. They were affordable and did a very professional job. They were easy to work with to get a quote and to schedule the work. I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done and also how much cheaper they were than the other quotes I got! I am going to call JP Plumbery first for all of my plumbing and electrical needs.

Living in ABQ for 40 years, for decades we relied on a great plumber/HVAC company. When those folks retired, they chose JP Plumbery as their recommended replacement which was a strong endorsement. We have worked with JP Plumbery since, and have never been disappointed. JP himself is an expert diagnostician when weird things go wrong, and his tech crew are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They really know their stuff and are very professional (i.e. either on-time or keep you posted about unavoidable delays, which are just part of life). Most of our work has been non-emergent, planned procedures, but several times when we had an emergency situation, they were out the same day to help. We cannot comment on price because frankly, we don't bother price-shopping when we're confident in a particular crew. We like that they use contractor-grade materials rather than the cheaper and flimsier Home Depot/Lowes stuff. But they're always willing to accommodate our product choice, if we wanted something cheaper. They have never forced choices or tried to upsell us. Indeed, if they think it would just be cheaper and as good for us to grab a part a Lowes and put it in ourselves, they say so. They are very ethical, customer-oriented, and friendly.

Absolutely spot on, "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" . They are prompt, courteous, highly competent, and I cannot think of one negative point against them. They came out and brought the water heater up to code, re-routed some gas line, and checked for gas leaks. A shout out to Dave Banghart for a very reasonable quote, timely service and follow up. A few days after they finished at our house, our son's water heater went out and they called, got scheduled and had a plumber out to take care of heater replacement within a couple of days. Also an excellent job, done with care and at a reasonable cost. Kudos to JP Plumbery and the staff. It will be the only company I recommend to family and friends.
