Joe and his team are AWESOME! My house was previously on market for 6 months before Joe took over. I thought for sure it would be another 6 months before anything happened. That was not the case at all! Within a week of Joe putting my house back on market, we had a surprisingly great offer. Even with all the negotiations and dealing with lenders and whatnot, he closed and finalized the deal in less than a month. I would reccomend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the ABQ area.
