Journey’s Place

This is my favorite place for banana splits, sundaes, fried biscuits, you get the picture! They have huge burgers, chile cheese fries, Indian tacos, frito pies, taco burgers, breakfast burritos and a lot more. The service is great and the prices are good. Banana split is my favorite menu item. They make them great here!

My GF and her mother had the taco burgers and they loved them! I had the chicken sandwich with green chile and cheese. It was delicious and a lot of food. The green chile was spicy. We also had the onion rings and green chile cheese fries, which were also good and spicy. For desert, we got fried biscuits with sugar and cinnamon. They were sweet and reminded me of something I'd get at the State Fair.

No frills, great burgers and fries, even better service! A quaint place to have a burger, corn dog, or some quick tacos in between El Paso and Albuquerque. There is a green chile cheese burger not showing on the menu that gives Whataburger a run for its money. The ice cream and snow one menu is extensive--a good variety for adults and kiddos alike! All outdoor seating, and the spot would make for a good sunset viewing. This isn't a place to hope for a nice bathroom break; just one porta-potty on scene.

Great spot to get a bite and take a break from the road. The green chile cheeseburger rivals both the Buckhorn and Owl Cafe burgers. The fries and cherry lemonade were both good as well. Although I didn't have ice cream, it looks like they have lots of options for that as well.

We were in the area and wanted a treat before going home. Stopped in. What a selection and great friendly service. WillBe back when in area. Parking a little dark

Wait what? Breakfast and steakhouses in the description? Yeah no folks don't be fooled and drive way out here expecting a great meal this is a food truck permanently planted on a country road. They have hot dogs, a few burgers and fries. Otherwise it's mainly an ice cream place. We didn't try anything, we were looking for a proper dinner and disappointed they didn't have anything close so we left. They get a single star for a totally misleading description.
