If you want the best pies in town, or the best enchilada casseroles, or the best chile rellenos, or the best posole, or the best tamales, call Josie's. She used to run a lunch spot, now it's catering only. Her pie pastry is out of this world, & she uses locally grown apricots. Not too sweet. Perfection. And that's just one of her specialties. I am reluctant to put out the word cause I'm afraid of a run on her goodies. Whenever I pick up something from her, I feel like I go back in time--to the way things used to be--in old Santa Fe.
