This place is a must try for foodies. While my server didn't provide the level of wam hospitality that I'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber, he was quite attentive through my meal. I would be remiss if I did not say that the busboy and busgirl bringing out my plates were superb and much friendlier than the server. Their famous duck fat fries were spot on loved my lamb lollipop, too. The rabbit bolognese lasagna, not so much: I guess I didn't care too much for the texture and taste of it. Negroni cocktail was spot on and Cloud Cake, their Italian meringue cake, has to rank as not only the best dessert I had in Santa Fe, but the best dessert of 2024 period.

We went to Joseph's for a nice family meal to celebrate me and my fiancé's engagement. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. We ordered the hamachi and duck fat fries to start. The hamachi is served in bigger pieces than I anticipated but tasted great. For my main I ordered the vegetable enchiladas which was so flavorful. They brought us champagne before dessert and then two candles in our desserts which was sweet. All the staff made our engagement celebration very special. I liked that the restaurant is small for the ambiance as well.

The fried polenta starter is extremely good. Really one of the best bites I've had at a restaurant in a while.

We had been here NINE YEARS ago and loved it, so were excited to go back.It wasn't quite up to our last visit. It took quite awhile to have our drink order taken, so 1/2 hr after we were seated we got our drinks. I had the lamb lollipop with red mole, which was fabulous! 5 stars for that. I also had the kale ratatouille, which, though fairly tasty, was very oily. A huge pile of fried kale contributed to that. There were 2 ricotta gnudi with that, no taste except fried. Then a server brought a little bowl with 2 "fried ricotta" to go with it. More heavily fried and no more taste.Husband had Christmas tenderloin stew, which was fairly bland, and duck fat fries , which were not hot and not crisp. Butterscotch pudding at least left us happy.Getting our check took quite awhile. Sorry to see the decline.

Anybody ever watch that tv show Blossom? You know how Joey was always like, "Whoa!" ????? Yeah. Joseph's Culinary Pub is like whoa! Delicious. I was traveling for work and in the middle of a whole30. From what I can tell the ceviche with plantains was compliant, so I ordered it as an appetizer. Quite frankly, it would've been enough as a main course as long as I had a side salad or some soup. Anyhoo. Delicious! Perfectly balanced and citrusy. I tore it up. The plantains were a bit thicker than I expected, but it was perfect. They didn't fall apart when I scooped a heap of ceviche onto them. We also ordered the fries which were super delicious. The ketchup seemed to be house made and was super yummy. I chose the duck pad Thai for dinner. I know this dish isn't complaint, but whatevs. I ate the duck (lots of delicious crispy bits) and the cabbage and a few of the noodles. I'd definitely order it again. Anyhoo. My crew would highly recommend checking this charming joint out. The coworker enjoyed the carrot ginger soup and the quarter duck with sweet and sour sauce (I might have the wrong kind of sauce). And the other got the beef with mashed potatoes with the most amazing demi glaze.

Pretty spectacular place. We happened to go on restaurant week, which I didn't know and wouldn't recommend. Around 530 on a Sunday, the place was packed, so we came back at 8pm for dessert and lucked out with some bar seats. The stressed-out bartender ended up being very charming and pleasant. We tried the chicken liver mousse and gluten free tres leches. The mousse was phenomenal, but the tres leches I would skip due to the texture, which wasn't for me despite the lovely flavors. (Most of the menu is gluten-free, which is awesome).I wish we had room for more food! I'd go back in a heartbeat. It's not a cocktail forward place, but it's great for wine, aperitifs, and some classic drinks, like martinis and manhattans. MAKE A RESERVATION OR SHOW UP AS THEY OPEN!

I can't say enough good things about our dining experience at Joseph's Culinary Pub. The food was delicious. One of the best meals we've had in Santa Fe. Our waiter was great. I'm sorry I don't remember his name or I'd give him a shout out. Inside the restaurant there is a nice, chill vibe. We will be back next time we're in Santa Fe.

***** + *Yelp should allow users a limited number of 6 star reviews, because restaurants like this deserve it. Everything was outstanding. Perfect combination of creativity, execution, ambience, and friendly service. This is one of the few meals I've had in my life where the seasoning and flavor required nothing. No salt. No spice. Nada. Just perfect. Even the temperature of the food was perfect. 6 stars. Without hesitation. This restaurant is worth making a trip to Santa Fe to enjoy.
