Mr Saenz, his son, & the rest of his team did an excellent job fixing the flat roof of our sunroom. They also repaired the damaged ceiling. I wanted them to be professional, but they were nothing but the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor that shows up on time to every appointment, cleans up the work site well, and gives a fair price!

This company replaced our roof in October, six months ago, and when we had the swamp cooler serviced for summer, the repairman discovered that they had smashed the ductwork and it all had to be replaced. We thought Saenz would pay for the repairs that were needed, but they have refused. Find another roofing company. This one is terrible.

Joseph gave me a competitive quote and I did my stucco about 4 years ago. The work was terrible. They did not do the stucco behind the bushes and left water stains on one side of the house. Now I have huge cracks after 4 years. Joseph will not return my calls. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.
