John has the eye and the talent that sets him above the pack. He burst on to the Abq scene as an instant success. It is almost impossible to build an award winning house right out of the gate. I understand that his exclusivity may cause some disappointment to perspective clients. He could build any house for anyone with a few bucks, but he won't. He only builds for a select clientele. I have been wanting to work with John Mark Custom Homes for many years and got our foot in the door recently with them. John really has a vision and a great sense of design. I don't work with builders that do not care about quality when using our company and we have been a great fit. I am happy to work with his subcontractors, they have all been great to work with on his projects. I highly recommend John for any custom build.

My husband and I interviewed multiple different custom home builders before choosing John Mark Custom homes, and man are we glad we choose John!! John has not only worked so closely with us through every step of the build, but Christy with John Mark also helps relieve some of the anxiety with helping her customers chose the best products for their house and what will go with what. John is very professional, and at the same time you always feel like your talking to a friend. He knows we have a certain budget to work with, and always tries his best to stick to it, or work the subcontractors down. I can tell everyone respects him and his quality of house building when talking to different contractors he has worked with. Horrible customer service and their ideas are cheap and outdated. So many options when choosing a home builder, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
