I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom, who used Joe's Moving last week. This company was suggested to me when trying to find a mover for my mom and she was pleased that they weren't terribly overpriced, they were easy to schedule and seemed like they would do quality work. The delivered and beat her up expectations! My mom had so much trouble in the past with movers damaging many things during the move and she couldn't be happier that Joe's Moving didn't damage a thing!In addition to that, she said the crew was very very polite and kind, worked quickly but still very cautious not to damage any items or the home moving in or out, and did a great job organizing and loading up and unloading everything she needed moved. She also wanted to mention that she was very impressed with Darrel and how well he was training a new employee during the move and how well the new employee was doing what he was being trained on. Not a bad thing to say about the company of the men who moved her belongings! Joe's Moving company is the man to call when you are ready to move!

This is the second time I have used this company for my moving needs. Both times have been excellent! They are on time, reliable and hard working. They are also reasonably priced and worked with my schedule and budget. I hope to not have anymore moves in the near future but if I do I will definitely be using this company again.

2 bedroom fully packed house took 13 hours and they never finished. They charged $2000 for a move that should have taken 5 hours max. Then they left my front door open when they left even though I have pets and they knew. Worst movers ever, incredibly slow. Had to tell them what to move over and over and over a d they still NEVER FINISHED.

Andrew and his staff saved me so much time and helped me as my needs changed as my move date got close. Andrew was understanding, kind and extremely accommodating. The men that came to load and unload my belongings were amazing and so friendly! I was shocked at the value that I received! Their cost was significantly lower than 2 other companies and I was amazed because of the very personal attention I received. I'll never use or recommend any other company except Joe's Moving!

While the guys who moved my things were courteous and helpful at all times, they slow-walked the process such that it took 10 hours (yikes!) to move a 2 bedroom apartment. Be really careful before you hire these guys. It was very expensive relative to what it should have been.

ALBUQUERQUE POLICE REPORT # 230823941Joes Moving LLC will steal your stuff! I have text proof and video proof of conversations!! On 12/5/23 two movers from Joe's Moving were supposed to arrive at 9am. When the time came and went, we texted Andrew Elghawaby to ask for an ETA. Andrew said, "10 minutes out". Well after 10 minutes, we asked again and he called this time advising us that he messed up and scheduled us for the wrong day, even though we verified with him prior. He said he was sorry & would send two guys to us around noon. So now I'm set 3 hours behind schedule. I was very upset & after me explaining how his oversite cost me time I did not really have to waste, and only after asking him for a discount due to this major oversite, he only offered a 10% discount. I saved $40 dollars which I tipped the movers for this job because I felt entitled to by tip culture. I already had almost all my boxes and stuff I wanted moved downstairs in the lawn waiting for them. When they finally arrived, Mark and Sergio, went so slow! They would carry one box at a time even little light boxes. They would take breaks frequently & would go to the front of the truck on and off during the move & only when I went upstairs. I was getting so frustrated, so I told them I would just load up my stuff. They told me I couldn't be on the truck which I understand for insurance purposes, but I wanted them to actually work and not just drag their feet trying to run up my time. Then as they moved one of my three TV's, Sergio made a weird comment about stealing my TV. He said, "I'll go ahead and take this one home." I didn't' laugh nor find it funny as I was already frustrated. Over a hr later they finish. Mind you I brought mostly everything down to them and stacked it next to the truck. We gave detailed directions to where were going & they said they would just meet us there & I said I will be leading you and you will be following me. Mark and Sergio drove going about 45 on the freeway and tried to continue going south when I was in the lane to go west. I found this odd, like he wanted to make a stop first or go the long way all the way around the south valley. I told them to just put everything in the garage, I did this due to how slow they were. After they finished, I had to pay for an extra 30 minutes. Then I discovered after trying to go set up my room right away, that my open top box with my white Xbox one, two headsets (black and grey), tv wires/connections for my smart TV, my black connector box and my black Xbox controller were all gone. These items were all packed in one box and I trusted these people (which I know I shouldn't have) with my stuff and they stole it.We then called Andrew and told him what happened and he said he would call both Mark and Serigo and ask if they know where that box is. Naturally, neither of them saw the box and both said they didn't steal/take the box. Like they would even admit that. Andrew got really defensive after a long discussion and me ultimately deciding that I will be filing a police report and contacting the BBB reference this incident. He started to say there was no proof they even moved us that day. I have this conversation recorded which thankfully I did since he wants to be sleezy & try to pull a fast one. I saved all the text messages. Weirdly enough, he texted the receipt (after I demanded it)with the fine print saying they basically have a license to steal your stuff and not be responsible for it. Funny thing is he never sent me this prior nor advised me of the information contained. The customer signature area is blank because he never showed me this contract nor had me sign it prior to Mark and Serigo coming and moving my stuff and also stealing some of it. I told Andrew that I would need Mark and Serigo's last names for the police report and BBB claim and he refused and hung up. We called back and he had the nerve to say we were bullying him and that we are ridiculous and tried to imply we are falsely reporting or "claim jumping" as he called it.

The crew placed our leather armchair upside down on gravel (ie - the leather side down! Picture can be seen on Google). They also broke the leg on our dining room table and didn't even have the courtesy to let us know. They wrapped nothing, it was an absurdly careless move.Worst of all, after all of that, Andrew tried to charge me hundreds more than we agreed on (this was a flat rate long distance move). The move in took an hour longer than estimated, so I was okay with paying them their hourly rate for that, but he was asking me to pay much more than that. Worst of all, even though I was the one who had taken notes on what we agreed on and had asked him to put it in writing (he never did), Andrew accused me of misremembering what we had agreed on. He is the epitome of unprofessional and I'm eager to read his characteristic reply.

This is the 4th time I've hired them and they NEVER disappoint!! BEST PRICE in the city and EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Trust me I've shopped around and not only are they the cheapest, but they have the best customer service & will fit you in last minute if they can. They are so careful with you stuff and fast at the same time. If you don't have the tools or time to take things apart or put them back together they come equip with tools & will do it for you. Couldn't be happier, once again with their service!!!4th move down, zero scratches on the walls and never have they damaged anything of mine. 10/10!!!
