Joe's City Lock

We are so happy with the locksmith service we received from Jeff of Joe's City Lock. We have 9 doors with different keys and a number of locks and deadbolts that were not operating smoothly. Jeff fixed them all, made so that all locks were operated with the same key, bored/filed bolt holes that were obstructing the locks from closing, and fixed a lock that was sticking and hanging up in trying to unlock the door. Installed new hardware where needed, and did the cleaning for those locks that could still be used.We are so pleased that all of our locks and doors are working so well. Joe and his partner were very kind and professional. Easy to make an appointment with a simple call and called a bit before they arrived. We replaced two exterior door lock sets. They did an above and beyond job on my doors, making adjustments outside of the locks to make for an even smoother open and closing of the doors. They took their time to get it right and even brought out a broom and dust pan to clean up after themselves. Reasonably priced for the service provided.

Had a lost key for a lock. Took it to Joes and he made me 2 very quickly for a reasonable price.

Joe is great, he showed up right on time, same day as requested. He repaired all locks and helped to create better seal on the door which will hopefully save some additional money I wasn't expecting. Absolute pleasure to visit with as well, just a solid individual and service!!!

I called Joe's city Lock to correct a problem I had on one lock & to install a keypad lock on another door. They were able to come the next day, showed up on time &/were wonderful, professional & economical. Only locksmith I would recommend to use in Rio Rancho since I had tried others.

I called Joe at 10 PM ON A Friday night and he was there the next day. Worked with his son Both were efficient, careful, and assessed the problems with my lock accurately. They completed the work in under an hour giving me exactly what I'd asked for with clear accurate explanations. Make sure to get their business card. If I ever need a locksmith again they will be my first call.

Found Joe's City Lock on Yelp and he had 5 star rating so I called him and set a appointment to have two locks re-keyed. He said he would be at our house between 2 and 3 pm. I had a doctor appointment so I was not able to be at home but my wife said he showed up at 2:55 pm. She said he was very nice man and finished the job in about a half hour. He also suggested to have the garage door re-keyed so it would be the same as the front door which my wife agreed to. I highly recommend Joe for your locksmith needs.
