Rude, unprofessional, unresponsive. I'm a current tenant who has never been late with rent, nor have I caused problems for her or my neighbors. After submitting a maintenance request in early May and later complained that it still wasn't addressed, her response was, "You can move out if you'd like."After the maintenance issue was addressed, she then raised my June rent rate without my knowledge or consent to force me to pay for maintenance. Rented an apartment from Joann C Sandoval. No landlord standby so interior of apartment was dark. Holes in the bathroom caulking where the roaches came through. Filthy AC filters so the vent in the living room did not work. Standing dirty water in the dishwasher. Only 3 of the burners on the stove worked. Dirty carpet; said she had the carpet shampooed yet how could that be when there was no electricity. Faulty wax ring and no caulking around the base of the toilet so the bathroom floor flooded. Notified Joann and the toilet was never fixed. Moved out of the apartment in less than a month since there were so many roaches and spiders; faulty toilet; faulty AC; non-working dishwasher; dirty carpets. Shampooed the carpet and removed the stains that she said she "couldn't get out". The apartment was left cleaner when I left than it was when I moved my belongings in. Said the apartment was dirty after moving out and provided old photos to keep the deposit.

Hahaha this loser just wanna talk crap just cuz they didn't get it they way. Hahahahahahahahaha

I have only good things to say about Joann Sandoval! She has been spot on whenever we need her assistance. We Definitely recommend working with her.

Casa Grande has been has been able to take a problem property, clean it up (hence bad reviews) and turn it completely around. Found her right in time.

She is single-handedly the laziest and most ineffective property manager. Ever. I wept tears of joy when the owner of my building changed property managers! He probably saw how she was running so many residents out, literally whole sections of the apartment complex were emptied out. If I had the money, I probably would have left too. Luckily, I never meet her husband (I think) so didn't have a terrible experience with him. But seriously, why is she even in this business if she doesn't even want to do the work? I'm amazed people still hire her to manage their properties. She has got to be super cheap and that's the only explanation I can come up with.

The is the worst Company to rent from do not rent from them, Joann is rude and will hang up on you she is very unprofessional, she will go as far as lying in court, under oath. She's will take you to court and lie and make you pay rent, for months that you aren't even living there! Even with proof of paper work they will lie to make it look like your paper work is fake! All I know is God sees all and Liars will have their day and burn in the lake of fire! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, but you can't post unless you rate the business! Listen to someone that went through it the hard way! Don't waste your time with Casa Grande Properties especially Joann Sandoval! All the negative comments are true about this fraudulent person! Turn away now before she lies and makes you pay for months you were never living in their property!

no stars. this women kicked me out over a dog and claimed before doing so that she would send me a link to pay for the dog. she did not let me know when she was turning off the water when there was a leak. i had to call her and it was off already for 6 hours. she never fixed anything she said she make sure would get done before moving in. i didnt have a fire extinguisher, my stove smelt like gas everytime i used it . my air conditioner was not on when i moved in. and when the pipes broke in my bathroom it took two weeks for it to get fixed the correct way. i also tried to contact her to let her mulituple times about a sexual harassment situation with a man she sends everywhere to "fix" everything. i was told when i called that she was busy during that time of the year and couldn't really take calls. i called this woman a month before with no answer or call back. this made me feel like i was not a priority and she wasn't going to help me. legit the only reason why i got the dog. i told her this and she only asked me "what did you say?" and really seemed to only care if i had started a relationship with this man. next thing you know i have a 7 day notice. DO NOT RENT . SHE WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY SINGLE MOM OR NOT !!!
