First I ordered my food at the start of my break. 1:08pm order didn't arrive "freaky fast" until 1:55pm yeah so my break was almost over. Before the Uber driver (that's right an Uber driver) she called me to let me know there was no ice for my drink. Then once I received my food my sandwich looked nothing like the photo or what I'm used to from Jimmy John's. You had two things going for you. Freaky fast and decent portions, I will not be ordering from JJ again.

Great bread and fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Bright, clean environment. Love my solid fave: The #6.

Pretty good! Overall service was good, the crew was talkative and friendly yet professional -- they seemed to be having a good time too which is a rare sight. The food was also good, and they made my sandwich the way I asked! (A strange compliment, but many locations unfortunately mess up your sandwich) although I wish there was an option to toast your sandwiches and maybe some other bread options which is the only thing hurting this review, but that's more of an establishment problem than a customer service problem. They were gymbros too which is great to see!

Disgusted. I have never ordered a sandwich then immediately cancelled until going in this place. I love JJ and frequent other locations in AZ but this place is GROSS. I walked to the counter and the kid who was handling sandwiches on the line came to the register with his gloves on. He proceeded to take my order with the gloves then picked his nose. Another employee came up and told him to make sandwiches. He then went back to the sandwich line with the booger gloves and started handling peoples food. I looked at the other kid and asked "do you guys change your gloves?". He looked at me confused and I then immediately asked my order be cancelled. He didn't act surprised whatsoever. An absolute disgusting joke of a location.

Jimmy John's Coronado location has the ambiance of a New York subway station, lots of white tile, extremely noisy, and about the worst sub sandwich I've ever ordered. Background "music" was some sort of atonal rap-crap played extremely loud and the server kept slamming the veggie covers. No choice of bread (white only) and limited meat menu. We'll return to Subway or Yellow Submarine next time... adios Jimmy Johns!

Worse JJ location in Albuquerque. The delivery issues have been an on going issue for years. A couple of the managers there are rude condescending and have no empathy or respect to customers complaints or concerns. They delivery your food smelling like cigarettes or weed and they have no policy or "control" over what their employees do apparently while on shift is what their team leads say. Don't order here....

I moved here from the East coast, it took me a couple of months to actually find JJ it's like being back in the North End, the bread is the key, it was very clean, I went there 3 times the first week, any displaced Bostonians should check it out. The Pepe
