Jersey Mike's Subs

My sub came out hot and fresh. If there was a little bit of a wait, they didn't tell me that they were backed up or anything so I was a little disappointed and made perfectly aware of my situation as I only have a half an hour for lunch, they threw a couple of brownies in there and I didn't know until I went to drive away to my delightful surprise. I found a couple of treats in there. I was very happy with my son in the end and they did a very wonderful job and apologize for the wait

OVERALLJersey Mike's was much like the other chain: a simple, no frills sandwich shop that got our order right. LOCATION/AMBIANCEThe New Jersey-inspired restaurant was located in a plaza southwest of Santa Fe, NM. It's visible from Promenade Blvd which runs parallel to Cerrillos Road, a popular street. When I walked in at close to 8PM on Friday, February 16, 2024, the workers were already cleaning up for the night.THE GRUBEven after having not been to a Jersey Mike's and a couple years, I had a loyalty reward for a free mini (-$7.25).My oldest ordered a mini #7 Turkey and Provolone. My youngest opted for the #13 The Original Italian.They wanted plain potato chips and a bottled water each. The grand total after the reward was $16.96.LITTLE YELPER'S CLUBMy kids are at this weird age where kids meals sometimes aren't enough food, but they do have kid's meals. SERVICEVery nice service from a young man who told me to "have a blessed night."MY FAVORITE PART...My order was ready to go and correct as soon as I got there. NOT SO FAVORITE PART...My daughter claimed she's had better Italian sandwiches, but she still ate most of it. TIPOrder online or via the JM app for pickup.

This was our second time here in a week. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches were tasty for the most part. My wife, daughter and I all had the Italian #13 the first time and all agreed they were great for the price. The second time they both had the same sandwich but I opted to try something new. Unfortunately I tried one of the hot subs, the Beacon Ranch Chicken Cheese sub. I was most disappointed with the chicken meat. I had expected something close to sliced chicken breast but it seemed more like finely chopped all most minced so it was kinda gooey. Adding the ranch and melted cheese made it even more so. If you like gooey then you may love it. We'll definitely go back. Nothing wrong with the restaurant just my selection that day.

I love Jersey Mike's. First time I ever had it was a couple years ago on a road trip when we stopped at one somewhere in Colorado. This Santa Fe location is the closest to me, and I eat there often. I always order online and do the in-store pickup. It's always right there in a bag on the shelf waiting for me with my name on it. My go to order is the Original Italian and I add pickles, jalapeños, banana peppers, and pepper relish. Today I tried the club supreme and added the same items, because I kept hearing this was some great viral online sub. I didn't like it as much as the Italian, but it was still great. I think where I messed up is that I didn't change the bread to the rosemary parmesan. Veggies are always fresh, meat and cheeses are excellent. The giant sub is massive, don't let the price turn you off as the quality and size are good.

The substitute Jersey Mike's are very good. The roast beef was great. The tuna was great and the others are good. The staff are usually good hard-working and efficient. I always tipped them out because I can see how hard they work there. This is a good sub shop much better than Subway.

The staff at this Jersey Mike's is always pretty attentive and detailed- and most importantly, they put out tasty sandwiches. I do wish they were a little better at cleaning- things seem a little sloppy, especially during busy periods. But the end product is always spot on.

We have always gotten great service here! The staff is friendly and listens well to what you want. The place is clean and the sandwiches are yummy. An easy meal when in a hurry or for dine in on nights you don't want to cook.

We stopped in after getting our car serviced across the street. The sandwiches we got - Philly cheesesteaks - were very good. And HUGE. I got a regular, and could only eat 1/2, my husband got the large, and could only eat 1/2. We could have gotten the large and split it and been happy! But now we have another meal.The service was, um, I will say meh. The young woman who took our order was surly, no manners, and obviously wanted to be anywhere else. Sorry, but she never smiled, said please or thank you, and mumbled her question "forhereortogo?" The ambiance was 100% fast food, and just what we expected. My only complaint was some dirty napkins on the floor by the soda machines, but the employees were all busy, so I will cut them some slack. Again, the sandwiches were really good and epic proportions. But was two sandwiches, one little bag of chips, and two sodas worth over $40?

I recently had my first Jersey Mike's sub. I was working outside all morning. I didn't even realize it was lunchtime, but I was thrilled to take a break when my husband walked in and said he'd picked up lunch!The Italian sub was perfect. The bread was fresh, as were all the ingredients. Delicious!My husband said the sub shop staff was courteous and friendly and that shop was nice and inviting.

The sandwiches here are always fresh and delicious. Customer service is great. I've never had a bad experience here.
