JC's New York Pizza Dept

Great place for good pizza that is both timely and reasonably priced.Would go there again. And would recommend it to my friends .

I've been here a couple of times for the two slices of cheese pizza and a soda special. This review is based just on that, if I try anything else I might have to update. But that's something they do well! The pizza is tasty and they have one of my favorite sodas (Stewart's Cherries and Cream). Service is friendly and swift. This is a great spot to grab a quick lunch downtown.

Nice spot! No frills location with good food and quick service. I went for the mama Mia calzone & thought it was good and it was huge! It's definitely a relaxing type spot- so if you want an easy meal that's good, it's great. If you are looking for a sit down date night, not the spot for you.

First time we went - I was blown away. 2nd time - it was a completely different experience that I had to double check we were at the same restaurant. So a bit inconsistent, but I definitely need to swing back again. Ordered the Jersey Girl Calzone because well...it's fitting lol Demolished it. The pizza was the biggest difference. First time we had it I almost thought I was back home, but then the second time it was waaaay off. So, gotta try again lol They have happy hour deals. Parking is a little tricky.

Usually come for a slice or 2 at lunch, but came on a Saturday today. Can't beat 2 slices and a beer for $11. They now do counter ordering and sit where you like instead of table service which I appreciate when I just want a quick meal. One of these days I will check out their nice patio but too hot today.

This place was right by my hotel so I could walk over for dinner. It was pretty empty but they took good care of me. My waitress was attentive and came over a couple times to check on me. I sat at a booth which was a weird height. Not quite counter height but not regular floor height either. I could not put my feet on the ground and there were no bars so it was a weird spot.I had the make your own calzone with mushrooms and olives. The calzone was nicely brown on top and creamy inside with plenty of cheese, sauce and veggies. It was a good sized portion. I ate it all. Overall a nice local pizza spot to watch a game or hang out with friends.

Calzone was Huge! 1/4 of an 18" pie.... side salad have a great amount of toppings, and the green chile stew was Sooo Delicious...happy we bought 2 so we can travel with it tomorrow!

Got the Manhattan Pizza, taste was on point. Sunday night has a bunch of cars cruising the strip. I would recommend visiting and splitting the pizza between a few people.

Pizza was good. I appreciate the staff for checking in and making sure everything was a great experience.

Love this pizza! Reheats well in the microwave too, so I always get the 18". When you lift up a slice it pulls up strings of flavorful cheese! The crust is thin, but not too crispy. The slices fold like a true New York pizza!
