Contacted Jan Directly was forwarded to her agent. Purchased a property. Her agent went on vacation before it closed. A week later, after closing date I emailed Jan update her response was the title company closed and she was not sure why they did not contact me. A week later I let her agent know id like to buy another investment home and all I've received so far is auto MLS listings of the like kind home I just bought. Not a 4 bedroom home that I was interested in. She would not have known this of course since she did not take the time to contact me directly and ask me .
